A bargain
I managed to get this great convertible laptop during Black Friday, a bargain, but even at full price it’s a superb device, worth every penny, perfect for my needs. Highly recommended

Don’t buy it! Not even as a toy!
It has a 32 bit processor, right? It doesn’t worth the price of the raw cost of its components. You can’t give it to a child to start learning computing. It simple to slow for ANY task. Mainly because of the joke of “hard disk” it mounts; it is an SD, basically. It might be usable if you replace that with a proper SSD. There was a gentleman here that did that and left a feedback but I can’t find it anymore. Please let me know if you find that comment.Obviously, iOta does not help upgrading it with any kind of help. It is beyond my comprehension.Bottom line: it is a useless product

For the money, a really good little machine.
Bought this laptop to have in my bag to do little bits of word processing or web browsing on the go. Didn't want to spend loads of money on a 'name brand' so read up on the reviews of the iOTA and thought I'd take a punt. The laptop feels sturdy and looks really nice. The screen is a bit stiff to move, which brings me onto my first and only major problem. On my model, when moving the screen, it can cause the display to flicker; as if when moving I am just about pulling a connection loose inside. This doesn't happen all the time, and stops happening once you stop moving the screen, so isn't really too much of an issue. The only other problem I had was the keyboard was marking the screen. I sent an email to the customer service about this and they informed me that the laptop comes with a screen protector installed, which is what was being marked. I haven't taken it off yet, but it was good to know that it wasn't the glass that was being scratched. Still a bit of an annoyance.Other than those two things, the laptop is absolutely fine. I have begun using it for a little bit of novice coding (the laptop runs a 32 bit version of Windows, even though it thinks the CPU has 64 bit architecture) so this may limit certain things. But it boots up quickly, touch screen works nicely (when coupled with Window's built in tablet mode) and was very pleasantly surprised to find the touch-pad supports multi finger input.I feel that if you want a little laptop that you're not going to ask too much of, then this would be a good bet. The customer service team seem good if you come into any issues, and I feel other reviewers have got to remember, if you're spending this little on a laptop, you're not going to get lightning fast and seemless computing with incredible build quality and top-level experience. This is a budget machine which in my opinion is more than usable and well worth the price tag.

Great laptop
Brought it for my daughter for Christmas she absolutly loves it. Seems to work and do exactly what she needs it for. Nice and compact so she can take out to friends, school.

Laptop charger doesn't work properly after few months
Had this since April 2019. It's now July 2019 and recently enough my charger for it isn't working properly. It's like having headphones that don't work properly: you have to fiddle around with it til it decides to work. Don't particularly want to pay out for a new charger when I've only had it a few months. Not good.

Not a happy bunny
I'm sad to say but this laptop is abit crap. The touchscreen is temperamental, the brightness isn't sufficient and if you use it in tablet mode or on a video call with anyone it starts flickering which leads me to believe there is a wire loose.I bought it primarily for uniwork as my old faithful needed to be retired as it kept crashing.Battery life is quite good..and by that it lasts for over 2/3hours.

Excellent little unit
UPDATE Sept 19: Just in the past two weeks this laptop has failed. The mousepad doesn't track at all, the cursor operated by an external mouse takes on a life of its own, webpages open and close on their own, minimize and maximize randomly (and as if to prove my point a "'new tab" just opened over this page as I was typing this update). This is my back up machine thankfully, however, my primary machine is currently in bits as I replace the keyboard and I have loaded expensive proprietary software with limited licences onto this unit. Not a happy bunny. I know it was cheap and I was prepared for the compromises as a result of the price point - I bought it as an occasional use item - but I still need it to function in some sort of controllable fashion, which it doesn't.I bought this because I fly a lot but don't need to take much with me. As a result I take only the smallest free bag. Although it is still my "go to" machine, my usual beast of a laptop simply won't fit into the prescribed bag size any longer and I need more than just a phone while I'm away. This machine looks good (I got it in red), feels good and supports everything I want to do. I read through lots of reviews about it, both good and bad, and so I knew to condition the battery properly when I first got it and I am getting a very impressive 10 hours of use out of it. Two little niggles - the key touch is very light and springy ( which I know some people like but I type a lot and so I find it a bit annoying), and the keyboard came with a European set up so my @ and " are not where I need them to be when typing at speed. Having said that, I've given it 5* because at the price I paid I've received an lovely piece of kit that will do exactly what I need it to do.

Great ebook for the price
We bought this for our granddaughter and she loves it. She can use it as a tablet or normal laptop and with the price of micro SD cards at an all time low the memory can be increased massively. Speed is pretty good as well considering it’s running Windows 10.
