Then this will help but there are other nutrients to consider to maximise the effect. This is effectively a zinc gummy. There are other additional nutrients out there that will help more. Packaging is a zip lock pack... Which i hate. It's big and bulky and takes up far too much space. But it is foil lined and keeps the gummies tasty for longer. There's a long expiry date going into next year Flavour and texture is good. In fact they are delicious and the 2 a day is somewhat disappointing as it means you can only nom 2. I looked up the role of Zinc in relation to the claims about this product and its probably more complex than a review for a months supply of pineapple flavoured gummies is going to cover. My experience is that after several days use, often things that you eat will affect the flavour and taste, this has done that aspect, but i am not sensing anything else at present.
