I’ve been using this brand for years. As long as I eat, it doesn’t make me feel bad. It will make me hot and my HR raises, which helps me burn more calories during a workout. It really helps me keep my appetite under control, which is the main reason in taking it. HOWEVER, I have finally put 1+1 together and discovered that it is the reason my nose runs all the time. I do not have that problem when I don’t take it. Tested many, many times and it’s def the Yohimbine. This supplement actually burns fat. Not just on a scale but I've had 5 remaining pounds which wasn't a problem: the problem was my stomach was sticking out and I looked awful.
