Great seller support.
This was great to have on the back of my phone, much slimmer than a pop socket, and much better to use. It felt a lot more quality. However, mine broke within 6 months. I would expect it to last a lot longer than that, one of the wires that make up the spring system snapped, and now I cannot keep it closed without fiddling with it to make sure all the springs are in the correct position which defeats the purpose of convenience. So, I am giving a 3 stars. I love the idea, and the initial product does feel very solid and quality, and maybe I just got a flawed one, or maybe I played with mine too much, but I did not bend it weird or use this in any way that was not meant to be. I just thought it would last much longer for what the quality felt like it was. UPDATE: So, I actually took some wire clippers and cut out the broken spring, and though the extruded portion is a lot more loose, it actually works fine now, and I'm quite impressed that it's still working like this. So, I'm going to update this and give it more stars. Not only is it still working great with only 2 springs, but the seller actually contacted me and offered me a refund, which I'm not going to take because of the hassle. They obviously stand by their products. I'm going to give this 5 stars for those two last facts. I love how thin this thing is, and I haven't yet seen anything close to it. If this breaks all the way, I may purchase another one. I'll see how long it lasts on two springs, and I may update my review later.

Great until broke after 3 months
Was amazing for about 2-3 months (magnet strength, spring, design), then it broke. Stopped snapping into place (which was the whole reason I bought it, so it would be flush against the phone) and only sometimes would grab the hooks in place that prop up the phone. Sadly it's now unusable and was a waste of $25 UPDATE: I reached out to them through their website and they said there was unfortunately an error that affected a batch and they sent me a new one that's working great so far!

Major flaw project designer should fix
I purchased this phone grip on the recommendation of a tech influencer who has never steered me wrong; at first it operated as advertised and I liked it well enough, but it turned out the durability factor was terrible due to what I feel is a design flaw or at the very least a raw material problem that needs to be corrected. The following is a list of pros and cons to consider before buying, and I hope the manufacturer takes steps to correct the one glaring problem with what has the potential to be a great product. Pros: The magnet is extremely strong—best I have found—so it does not just pop off when the phone is bumped. I loved that the grip does not need to be removed to charge your phone due to it being constructed of extremely thin metal. That very low profile also does not add bulk or weight to your phone and it doesn’t catch on things (like your pocket). The mechanism is easy to operate with one hand and can be propped open to use as a stand. All of these were reasons I purchased it in the first place, even though I had some concerns about how comfortable the thin wire spring would be. If it had held up to moderate use I would have given it 4/5 stars (-1 for the comfort factor). Cons: the spring makes it uncomfortable to hold for _any_ length of time; even with the protective coating it is still a thin wire pressing the weight of your phone into your fingers and I found myself often resorting to holding my phone by its sides in the traditional manner which defeats the purpose of having a phone grip. If you only use your phone grip for the occasional selfie this might work for you, but if you want to use it a lot I would suggest buying a different grip. The wire spring is also where the durability defect became a factor and reduced what would have been a positive rating to a negative one: after only about 2 months of use the protective coating covering the wire spring began splitting/peeling away leaving bare wire that literally cut my finger. When my finger bled I took off the grip and examined it closely which is when I saw the splits in the plastic coating and exposed bare wire. While I use my phone daily, I assure you the grip was not subjected to excessive wear and tear—this was from normal, everyday use. Conclusion: Two months of moderate use before the product started coming apart is why my rating fell to a 2/5; it was a waste of money for something that should easily last at least a year, or in the case of my last phone grip from a different manufacturer, 4 years.

Not worth the money
Just go and buy a pop socket. This left my fingers feeling sore and squished and it’s very loud when opening. Instructions are not very clear and just wouldn’t recommend. Especially the price for it is not close to the quality

Slim
Really slim, not very comfortable to hold, as the spring has somewhat sharp edges. But did not find any alternative. It is nice that it is magnetic and removable.

Very torn on this product
Up until a few months ago this thing has been perfect. I have the pro max heavier iphone and it has a great finger grip for endless scrolling. It opened and closed without fail. It was slim and smooth and effortless to use. The magnet is strong and stays extremely secure, yet I am still able to remove the grip when I need to without issue. It was even so thin I could use in combination with a magnetic phone wallet case and was the solution to my very specific needs. Basically the perfect phone grip. Several months ago the silicon stared fraying away at the edges on the metal spiral inside. This made the sharp edges cut into my fingers but I could readjust and was kind of putting up with it but it was still annoying. Then a few weeks ago it started having issues closing. Upon inspection the silicone cover was sliding down the spiral and blocking the mechanism. This is just very annoying at this point. I don’t know how long I expected this to last but my old plastic pop sockets lasted for years before failing on me. This was so disappointing because otherwise this had been the PERFECT solution for me. I am very sad. Not sure if I just got a bad one or what. Torn if I am going to risk buying again or not.

Way stronger than it looks.
Way better than I expected. It looks kind of flimsy in the photos but it's not at all. It can be a little uncomfortable if you jam your fingers behind the grip and rub on the spring, but if you shift your fingers slightly, it's perfectly comfortable. I love that you can set the grip in the groove inside and make it into a stand. Being solid metal, it's held up really well and the finish is showing very minor damage after months of carrying and hard use. It's super thin and contoured, making it very pocketable on your phone. Great addition for anyone who doesn't want to bulk up their phone much, but enjoys the extra grip.

Worth buying
I actually like this. I have big hands so I wish it came out a little more but it still works fine.
