Love this wrap! 2 minutes in the microwave and it stays warm for about half an hour. It's weighted, and conforms to your neck and shoulders. I have had electric heating pads, and for some reason, this type of organic heat works better.

Microwave this for a few minutes and you can take this with you anywhere. Our office doesn’t allow heaters so this was my workaround! It gets nice and warm keeps the back of your neck and shoulders cozy for hours, smells like lavender and feels like heaven.

I’m very pleased with this wrap. I have disc issues in my neck, and this has been genuinely helpful for relaxing the muscles in my neck and shoulders so the pain and nerve irritation don’t feel nearly as intense. The weighted feel is comforting without being too heavy, and the heat is easy to activate in the microwave. It sits nicely across the shoulders and feels very soothing at the end of the day. I also like the light scent, which adds to the overall relaxing effect. Another plus is that it’s easy to pack for travel, so I can take it with me when I know my neck may give me trouble. For me, this has been a very worthwhile purchase.

19 months later of use, in the beginning I was using it everyday, it worked fine and smelled good, after about 7-8 months , the smell of the "infused " smell, now it smells off, not pleasant anymore the herbal aroma is gone. Guess it doesn't last. It does still heat up and keeps its heat, but the pleasant smell is gone

I just herniated a disk in my neck, and this has been my saving grace to manage the pain. I also get tension headaches quite frequently and this helps a lot with those too. First of all, it smells AMAZING- like you're at a spa! Second, it weighs a good amount, which feels ao good on the neck :& shoulders. It is heavy, which makes the muscles relax and smells nice. I min in microwave makes it nice and warm. Relaxes the muscles nicely.

This is one of the best items bought. When heated and put on the shoulders it relaxes the neck and shoulders and releases very good aroma .

The size not covering the trapezius muscle it’s only on shoulders, not like the photo shows the size, and when I tried to apply for return it wasn’t an option in Amazon!!!! So the product wasn’t as I ordered looks or sizes!

Doesn’t really heat like it claims in 1 minute! Too big & heavy
