I will only buy this one from now on because it has the 48 hour low water burn setting.

I use this pump For a filter system for my little pond outside works really well got good flow it pumps water up 2 Feet and works really good not bad for the price. But I need something stronger to pump more water if you use it for a filter system recommend getting something 600 or 800 GPH due to height lift when reading about the height left it drop down to 400 to little under 300 but other than that it is a really good Pump

Worked to good, couldn't adjust low enough for application. Had to pinch hose to reduce flow.

After digging through several pumps and getting educated on the specs our pump should have, we choose this one. I Initially started water flow at more than half, this was too much lift. Our fountain is 48" from ground to top, sits on a balcony and has water cascading down about a 12" wall for 40". I couldn't believe it when we turned it on. Just beautiful!Previously we had a pump that had a lift of 48", I thought that would work for us, it got the water to 48" but that was it, no overflow. Reading many reviews, some said you should have half again as much in lift( 4'+50%=6'), some said only + one foot additional in lift will suffice. Then the comment/reviews on GPH. I didn't know anything about that either, but decided to spend a few more bucks than the first pump, and concentrate on the Lift. This pump is rated at 6'9" lift, more than necessary yes, but who cares, it is doing better than it ever has, the water cascading down that wall is gurgling and I am delighted. Our last pump lasted 9 years (was slowing down) and we ran it 24/7, except for a couple of months in the hot summer. This pump has some weight to it and it feels like it's well made. I think this one is going to last too. Good luck!

We purchased two and use them for our automatic watering system. I'm extremely happy that they do not burn up if we run out of water. We had a timer malfunction and these ran until there was no water and shut off. Also the first one we purchased stopped working and we didn't even run it dry, the company was very fast to replace it and we returned the bad one. Over all these are great and still working on a timer today.

After 3 months the pump started making a humming noise. I got louder till it became unbearable. Tried to contact seller for warranty repair/replacement with absolutely NO RESPONSE. I don't know who's cheaper; the product or the seller?

I use the pump in a 5 gallon bucket which feeds 16 other one gallon buckets from a 55 gallon drum. This actually was overkill so I dialed it down on the front of the pump which is a slower flow but evens out at a controlled rate perfect for my application. For the reviews that say it’s too strong or too week I believe they must not be aware of the feature. It’s a strong quite pump for a good price and if it lasts a couple years it is unbeatable. I will update this should I encounter any issues but at this point it’s a great value.

I used it in a hanging fountain. It works well. I hope it lasts. They don't seem to last very long, I have bought several different ones in the years I have had the fountain.

It's a good pump. But a ten foot cord would be more pratical considering the power outlet is never going to be very close to the water in an outdoor fountain

Pump worked very well right out of packaging.Has great flow rate and pressure for a small pump.

Very happy with my purchase. However note, flow is slower than my former pump. As result my large 3 tier cement fountain no longer splashes the water out. Nice surprise improvement after many years.
