The watch arrived promptly, was well packed in a protective sleeve with a temporary screen protector on the face. Yes, the strap is cheap and won't last long but that's forgivable at this price point. I swopped it out for something better immediately. I doubt that this watch is any more than water resistant and should be kept away from water. The face will be susceptible to scratching. This is a faithful facsimile of the classic (and impo, beautiful) Max Bill watch. It's suited as an occasional dress watch, not an every day beater.Superficial build quality seems decent for the price point. As for long term durability and customer support from a new market place trader, who knows? Hence four stars as opposed to five. I'll knock the rating up or down, depending on how it holds up over the next few months
