I haven’t been using this long enough to notice a difference in my hair or nails, but the flavor is nice. It’s like making your own hot cocoa with cocoa powder. So if you are used to sweet Swiss Miss, you might be in for a shock. I’m used to the unsweet, some might say bitter taste, but this is good stuff! I heat up about a 1/4 cup of full fat coconut milk, mix in the scoop of powder, then add the ~8 oz of hot water. It’s delicious! It dissolves evenly.

I been using this collagen for over 6 months now and I have noticed an improvement in my nail and hair length for sure. There is no smell or taste to it and I mix it with my smoothies and use a electric hand frother to blend it and it dissolves well. I will continue to buy this as long as it continues to be affordable and available.

Love this stuff. I add it to my coffee every morning. I need the extra collagen for my aging body. It slow to show results but after a month your start noticing the difference especially if you’re losing weight. It helps the skin tighten up if your not losing weight to fast. There’s no taste when added to my coffee. I don’t notice any texture in my coffee.

This product is fabulous, very finally ground and easier on the smell, dissolves easily into tea or coffee.

ive been taking this for about 2 months now and it is a permanent staple now. to start, this almost completely healed my gut issues in like a week and a half of consistent use. the going is much easier lol. ive lost weight after plateauing in my weight loss journey for a month once i started taking it and my family has too. my family also noticed their hunger cues are better on it as if they dont feel the need to eat as much in one meal so it definitely helps regulate blood sugar. my nails are growing so strong when they have always been brittle and prone to breakage. but my favorite benefit? my knee pain is completely gone. ive suffered with osteochondritis since i was a teen due to overuse injuries in softball. i had arthroscopic surgery many years ago to help stimulate bloodflow and the formation of fibrous tissue to mimic the complete lack of cartilage between my bones and ease the pain of the literal missing chunk of bone by my joint. i was told the surgery would last around 10 years and the pain had come back right on time which is rough now that im coaching 4 days a week. i take this at nighttime after coaching and i have no pain or stiffness the next day. and i am now doing exercises and drills that i would have completely avoided prior to the use of this collagen because of the pain. i cannot recommend this brand of collagen enough.

Dissolves wonderfully and the flavor is mild (reminds me of jello). I liked it but *warning* my using it gave my breastfed baby TERRIBLE eczema. My husband is using it now and likes it. Just wanted to share this review in case anyone else is frantically trying to figure out why their baby has rashes all over.
