Everything lined up nicely, and the adjustable design makes it easy to get the perfect fit. If you want a reliable, silent door catch that does exactly what it promises, this one is spot on.

Works well, used to secure a door that wants to open. Has a magnetic cylinder that catches on steel plate. Quieter than the ball latch it replaced but not silent so not able to give 5 stars.

Good idea, gives me piece of mind that my door will not be latched shut if a normal lock fails as I previously experienced. Wouldn’t state is silent though hence the 3 stars, it does scrape to close which is what you should expect from two metal surfaces moving over each other. The magnet is strong and holds the door shut, no need to pull on handles just push, magnet can be moved closer or further from contact panel to increase decrease holding strength.

Bought these to replace the living room door catch so easy to fit and works very well........ recommend

Easy to fix ,good quality. Easy on my Arthritic wrists..

Did not hold one of a pair of double internal doors securely when mounted at top. Had to fit a ball latch instead.

These are a great alternative to the ball type. Easy to fit but can be a little noisy when clicking together.
