Quality mat and effective ache relief
This is actually a quality made mat with multifunctional options, including an easy instruction manual. I place this mat on showered bare skin for the best results. I put lotions and oils on afterwards. I didn’t have high expectations but to my surprise this mat works well! The 24x17 is a generous size, I can leave it flat or curl it around the area being treated. Heat level works well, yesterday I was sweating a little bit but was not uncomfortable or burning at all. So far it is helping my aches and pains, I’m glad I purchased this one specifically! I have had other mats before and wasn’t impressed they just didn’t do anything for my aches.

I use this for my neck and back and I don’t know if it’s the heat or the red light therapy is helping but I do think it works.

This product is perfect for anyone who wants to use it on their back, wrap it around their arm or leg, or simply lay it on top of their legs. It is of excellent quality and very easy to set up.

fantastic , just what I was looking for
this is a perfect size, covers whole back side . It gets warm and it is very soothing to lay down on it and rest to get relief from back pain .... Highly recommend this ... I got one more for family member

Portable and easy to use
I purchased this for lower back pain. The timer is a nice feature, and I haven't had any issues with the power supply cord unlike other pads I had purchased. I've been using it daily for 2 (20) minutes sessions for about a month now. Overall, I would say it's lessen my pain by 70 to 80 %. Definitely worth the investment.

Well built, but not seeing any change yet
Been using this to try to help with sciatic pain, but haven’t really noticed a change. When I looked up to see if these red light therapy devices are actually proven to work, I saw some research that said they are, but there are different wavelengths of light used so I wonder if this one doesn’t offer the same wavelength that research showed worked.The quality of this is pretty good and it’s easy to use. Your results will vary and everybody’s body is different so hopefully if you give this girl, you will have better luck.
