At first I thought it didn't work but there are specific plugs for the battery and the earphones, so make sure you check that!

Does not work, look for one with better reviews
It works great for charging your phone. It works great for listening to your headphones. It does not work if you try to do both at once. Which is the point in buying this product. If you plug the charger in first, and then plug the headphones in. It charges but nothing please. However if you unplug the charger the headphones Play fine. But once you reinsert the charger it starts charging and the headphones Play for about 2 seconds and then stop and goes back to your speakers on your phone. Something is definitely not right with this product.

Works, but has a buzz when used for sound.
It works, mostly. I am using it to charge my phone and an aux cable going to my Jeep's stereo simultaneously. The charging is fine. I am getting a significant buzz from the Jeep speakers, decreased volume, and the splitter is getting warm. I'll still use it for other projects, but not for what it was originally intended. Hence, the 4 stars.

Quality is more than expected
This splitter is more than I expected. It is made with what I am sure will be years of reliable use and I am hard on things like that. As far as function, it does its job with embossed identifiers on each terminal that keep a dummy like me from getting it wrong. I am glad I bought this splitter

Perfect for avoiding losing my USB C security key
I use this to connect my USB C security key to my phone while also charging it. It's a super tiny nano key, so I was at risk of losing it while charging my phone. Now it stays connected directly to my phone all the time, and I can even use the key without unplugging it. I also love how this USB C splitter is smaller than any USB hub, and is really versatile, I can hook up any USB C device to it. It's a bit on the pricey side for such a tiny simple device, but well worth it to me.

It worked great until it didn't
I really liked this while it worked. Now only the charging part works and the headset part doesn't work. This was after two months. No way to contact the seller, only "troubleshoot" on your own, which is no help. I know it wasn't expensive, but to have it stop working after only two months is very annoying.

So far so good! Same product, different name, as the previous ones I bought (ZOOAUX). This is a good, durable must-have.
