This is a good one. I tried another lumbar pillow that was much too big and stiff. This is the perfect size (just the right amount of height, sufficient width that you can turn in your sleep and still be on it). It totally stays in place on your mattress... I've tried other things that moved when I tossed and turned. I love the fact that the pillowcase is cooling. You can't beat the price. I think it would be easy to fit in a suitcase. But the most important thing is that I think it helps with my back. I was waking up with a stiff back and haven't been since I started using this pillow. Perfect level of firmness. It's not hard, but not too soft. Anyway, it was a bit odd to sleep on it (because it does feel like you have a pillow in the middle of your back), but I slept on it all night without discomfort and woke up with my back feeling great. Highly recommend.

Blue lumbar pillow is better for my size (it is not as long) than what I had been using. The pink one doesn't allow to place arms at the side when flat on the back because it elevates elbows also. New blue pillow is better. Both are superior for lumbar support, but am now using the blue and appreciating what it does to realign the spine. I hear "clicks and snaps" as the spine is happy to be supported in lumbar area after a hard day! Wishing it came in a more neutral color to go with any decor, but glad the zipper case is washable. Photos are hoping to help see the size and thickness in comparison. Blue wins for sure!

I ordered it last minute on a whim hoping it would work and help me with my back pain and it definitely exceeded my expectations I was skeptical at first but once I got it in the right position it definitely helps alot. it might not be the permanent solution I need (a new mattress) but it definitely does the job for a fraction of the price and you can't really beat that honestly When it first arrived I thought they sent the wrong sized pillowcase lol but it has a zipper and it fits perfectly and it's not too big so it's easy to carry around room to room i haven't taken it outside the house but if i ever do I'll come back and edit my review I'm sick pretty often so I'm in bed alot it can't be helped but this pillow helped with my back pain tremendously I was also worried about the size I'm on the heavier side so I thought i needed a bigger pillow and honestly I didn't even think to check the measurements or anything I just assumed that's normally how everything else works but it's the perfect size for me but I'm also only 5'8/5'9 in height so I would definitely take everything into consideration The only "complaint" i have is that I wish there were different pillowcase options but that's me being me

Well, for openers I didn't feel I slept any better, nor did my back hurt any less, when I got up in the morning after using this pillow for two nights. But what I'd really love to know exactly how it's supposed to be placed; the online description shows it sideways under your waist area, while the instruction booklet enclosed with the pillow shows it placed lengthwise. So which is it? I tried both, with no noticeable difference. The other issue I have is that I don't sleep in the same position all night; and when I roll over, the pillow does not. If I want it under my body again, I have to physically move it there (maybe I could find a way to tie it in place, but honestly, that's just too much bother). On the plus side, it IS comfortable in a chair - including my recliner and computer chair - so it will get some use. And the cover is washable, so there's that.

It’s for real memory foam, like it is very soft and plushy which is what I was looking for. The size is perfect for whatever way you want to lay on it. I move it around depending on what seems to be bothering me that day. Wouldn’t say relief is instant but helps after a few nights

I have bought several of these they really help your back while sitting. My husband even brought this for airplane travel. Quality is good and it fits your back well. I keep one in the car for comfort.

I‘ve been using this pillow for a month now. It’s been comfortable every single night. The lower side works best for me. I’m a new CPAP user who is both a back and side sleeper. The contoured middle combined with the flat sides gives me the right heights for both sleeping positions. Very comfortable. With the firm-ish foam, you don’t sink in much. This is a good thing with the CPAP head gear. It felt too firm at first, but then I noticed that I was getting the right head/neck support and moving around less. Now when I hit the bed, it just feels right. I like it a lot! Recommended.

Good pillow. Comfortable for back sleeping, but not high enough for side sleeping. I like the pillow, but I do not love it. I do love the concept of it though which is the reason I bought it. I like that it has a lower profiile for pack sleeping and it really craddles your head gently while providing support at the same time. I would have prefered it the pillow was a bit wider (its not as wide as the measurments in the add) so when laying on my side, the edge of the pillow is at the middle of my cheecks which is not the most comfortable with my retainers.... Also, the support for side sleeping is not the greatest. It would be better if it was at least another inch higher on the sides and at least 8-10 inches wider. The softness is comfortable, but sadly not supportive. I wake up with middle back pain in the morning. Before I had severe neck pain with another pillow. So this one is not as bad, but not yet what I was hoping for. I gave it a 3 stars because its a good pillow and its comfortable for pack sleeping. Also, there was no bad smells at all which is great!
