Great service and dose the job

Pool reel system very good.

Excellent value. Pity that they are not prepared to supply individual parts.

Perfect apart from the pool clamps do not fit on ultra XTR index pools.

I wanted a roller for my above ground 15' oval pool where the rolled up cover could pivot clear of the pool. It did this, although unclipped and reclining the free end was difficult. However the roller was not strong enough for the weight of the cover causing serious sagging which was damaging the bearings on rolling/unrolling. Also the straps are just stuck onto the roller and became unstuck. After 3 weeks use, the damage made the system too difficult to use and was dismantled. Unfortunately just beyond the 30 days of ordering so the company would not provide any re-imbursement and their reply clearly indicated that they hadn't understood the gravity of the problem - that the system is unsuitable for a 15' bubble solar cover.
