All rights reserved Quality Assurance and Compensation Standards: - Poor assembling and casting of the product (excluding partial loss and/or breakage): Free Repair and/or exchange within the first month of purchase. - Casting Damages (broken or deformed): AS costs will differ depending on where the damage is on the item. - Surface Damages (scratches and small defaults): AS costs will differ depending on where the damage is on the item. - Change in color/Fading: Can be sent to be cleaned 3 times within 5 months. - Discoloration due to chemical reactions (e.g. hand cream, oils, baths): 1 cleaning service within 5 months of purchase. - The warranty period is 6 months. If however the product is damaged because of the customer's carelessness (due to shock) or natural changes overtime, the product will be excluded from it's warranty. - Colors can be seen different according to screen setting. Measurements can be differed by measuring method. Because our products are shipped globally, the packaging may be slightly damaged during the shipping process.
