Great tasting protein drink.
We've been ordering these for my mother-in-law who had part of her foot removed due to diabetic complications. They offer everything needed as far as protein and nutrients needed for her speedy recovery. They seemed to have helped immensely in her recovery. She loves the chocolate more than all other flavors.

Doctor recommended Ensure to increase my weight. Typical 'shake'. I really like having 30grams of protein in a drink serving. I order the chocolate flavor.

Excellent choice!
I was in the hospital for 3 weeks with a deep wound (down to the bone). I was given Ensure MAX 3 times a day, to get protein to help my wound heal. It was delicious! Once I came back home, I ordered the vanilla flavor on Amazon. Great taste!

Good texture/flavor. But the price...?
What do I NOT like? IT'S THE MOST EXPENSIVE OF ALL THE PROTEIN DRINKS I LIKE. For that reason alone I may have to change brands.This is my favorite protein drink, even though it appears to contain some ingredients I would not otherwise consume. It saved my life when I was hospitalized for malnutrition, among other ailments. I didn't have much of an appetite, but I would happily drink Ensure Max at least 3 times/day. So far I drink only the chocolate version, but am looking forward to trying the new berry flavor.

Great Item
I use these shakes for two different reasons. I sometimes drink one around 1:00pm as a meal substitute. Also, I occasionally drink one in the evening if I am need of some type of chocolatey dessert. I like that they are healthy alternatives for meals and dessert.

Hot chocolate!
I'm not overly fond of most of these "nutritional shakes" but I must have them. I discovered with these that I can hear them up and with some fat-free whipped cream (which is out of stock and has been for awhile, Amazon!) they taste like childhood!
