thick and tastes like ketchup should
nice and thick and tastes like ketchup should, not at all like the vinegary thin stuff, great value for money so have subbed to make my kitchens ketchup on a regular basis, at that price can't go wrong!

Pretty good.
I'm going to be honest, I don't use ketchup that often and when I do use it, it tends to be as an ingredient rather than a condiment. So I'm perhaps not the best person to review this. However! I thought the taste, texture and smell were comparable to the well-known name brands and much better than the supermarket own-brand offerings, at a competitive price. It wasn't too watery, too sugary or too vinegary which are problems I usually find with affordable ketchups. I thought it had a nice balance of flavours. My only complaint is that, despite leaving it in the fridge, it seemed to get "fizzy" quicker than others. But then I didn't go through the bottle very quickly so perhaps that's on me. If I need ketchup again in the future, I'd probably reorder this one.

Good budget option, but it lacks that richness from reputed brands
The Taste Test Let's be honest: if you are used to Heinz, you will notice the difference immediately. This "by Amazon" ketchup is perfectly edible, but it lacks that deep, rich tomato flavor. Flavor Profile: It tastes a little more acidic and vinegary than the leading brand, and slightly sweeter, without that savory "umami" kick you get from Heinz. Consistency: The texture is decent—it's not too watery, and it sits on a chip without running off, but it feels slightly thinner than the premium brands. Usage If you are putting this inside a burger or a hot dog where there are lots of other flavors (onions, mustard, meat), it is absolutely fine. You probably won't notice the difference. However, for dipping chips or fries directly where the ketchup is the main flavor, it falls a bit short. Value vs. Quality The main selling point here is the price. It is significantly cheaper than the big brands. If you have a large family or kids who drown their food in sauce and aren't picky, this is a great money-saver. Verdict It is a passable condiment for the price, but if you are particular about your ketchup, you might want to stick to the big brand. I’ll finish the bottle, but I'll likely switch back to Heinz for my next purchase.

A really good tomato ketchup
A really nice tomato ketchup. The texture is good and a nice thickness. It tastes great and is a lovely dark red. I like the no mess bottles and has a good shelf life, the seal meas you get the amount you want out of the bottle

At last, a decent ketchup at a proper price.
So sick of paying 5 quid for the leading brand. I was lucky and got this 500ml bottle for 78p, which is an absolute bargain. Tastes great, good date, well-sealed and not runny. I'll buy it again.

Good tasting ketchup
The ketchup ketchup has a taste and consistency much like the equivalent and more expensive name brands. It comes in a decent bottle size for the price which last for a while, even in this house. it is an ideal accompaniment for everything from fries to burgers. It has a easy to removable seal to stop leakage in transport and the hole is a perfect size in the cap.

Tasty and tomatoey
Tomatoey and tasty. Easily as a good as the big brands. Texture and thickness makes this ideal for burgers and hot dogs. In fact as some of the bigger brands have changed their recipes - this one keeps that old skool ketchup consistency and zingy flavour.
