This is spot on the best replacement product on the market right now for Xbox controllers. My controller grips came off the original and it was all beat up when I put the new one on. It was literally just like a brand new controller. The tools worked perfectly. It is very durable if not better than the original. It was great value for replacement part to feel is just of that as the original it fits perfectly. Everything provided was pretty straightforward and worked just as they needed to and now I have a few extra tools to throw in the toolbox as well.

The side rubber started coming off my original controller not long after warranty was over. When I found this I was excited and hopeful. The most difficult part is opening the controller. After that, watching the video, pausing as you go, rewinding a bit, this was a relatively easy fix. All the needed tools supplied with the kit! I’d recommend this one for anyone instead of buying a new controller.

This was a perfect fit on the OEM Xbox Elite 2 controller. It came with all the replacement parts and tools needed to swap everything over. The texture matches the original to a T! The instructional video provided is a great step by step, making it so anyone can do this install!

Have purchased this item twice as BOTH my Elite 2 controller grips started peeling off. Much to my surprise, when removing the original casing the controller is a thin layer of plastic with a silicone like material laid on top. Over time the glue separates from the plastic & then the plastic breaks. I haven't dropped my controllers either. I also purchased back paddle inserts to tighten up the input lag. I really like this kit but recommend using a better screwdriver as the heads strip easily.

If you use Xbox Elite Series 2 controllers, you know they literally start falling apart after 6-12 months of regular use. This kit was everything I hoped it would be when I ordered it. Shell looks and feels like first party Elite Series 2. I followed a 5 minute YouTube video titled "Instructions for replacement shell for elite 2" that uses this exact kit and everything went flawlessly and the controller feels brand new. Repair took about 30 minutes on the couch, and with a proper workstation it could have easily been <20 minutes. Save a bunch of money and get tools that are perfect for tinkering with future controllers. What's not to love?

Fits perfectly and looks great again! Thank you so much for including all necessary tools and even a how to video in the product images! Only downside is it’s not the original so it has some Japanese/Chinese characters on the back of the shell. Looks fine regardless!

So far it's amazing. I jist used the top part. Am changing the bottom part soon. Tools provided for the task. But a small instruction would be better. Rather just sending the item and leave it on the customer to figure out how to.

Der Artikel hält genau was er verspricht, zumindest für mich ist er nicht vom Orginal zu unterscheiden. Aber: es liegt weder ein QR Code noch eine Anleitung bei. Auf YouTube findet man Videos die das Öffnen des Controllers beschreiben. Dabei ist aber zu beachten dass fast das ganze Innenleben ganz einfach hergenommen werden kann, viel mehr Arbeit ist nicht notwendig. Auf keinen Fall die Sticks demontieren. Das beiliegende Wekzeug ist ausreichend und sehr hilfreich. Vor dem Zusammenbau sollte überprüft werden ob die beiden runden Magnete richtig montiert sind ( ziehen den Controller in Position beim Laden in der Ladeschale ). Diese müssen mit doppelseitigem Klebeband- das leider nicht beiliegend ist fixiert werden. Empfehlenswert ist auch die Paddels vorher zu testen. Ich habe dafür ca. 30Minuten benötigt, habe mir aber auch viel Zeit gelassen.
