This was exactly what we needed for work; however, I thought I was receiving 2 day shipping on this item as well as the actual headsets and it took a week to receive. This caused us some inconvenience.Thanks,Deborah Peaden

Exactly what we needed - worked great
These allowed us to add a good and standard Plantronics headsets to our Cisco phones. Less expensive (by a long shot) than purchasing a headset specifically for the Cisco phone, with the Cisco adapter. We got the product promptly and all worked as expected.
