I love love love this ice! I tried to stop chewing ice but couldn't break the habit so I think of this purchase avoiding expensive dental work :) We run this a couple days a week to stock up. I keep our feezer ice bin full and then store the excess in gallon baggies to refill as needed. Since the ice is wet when you dump it out of the basket, we put it in a baggie and leave in the freezer until good and "dry" then break it up to dump in our bin. Yes, we would buy again!

We gave this to my wife for Mother's Day and have now used it about a month. She has been very pleased. She loves Chick-fil-A ice and says that when this ice is newly made, it is as close as you can get to the CFA ice, and very soft and chewable. We have not had any problems with the machine at this point, so it is 5-star for us at the moment

I purchased this ice maker Dec 27, 2034. June 16, 2025 the icemaker started making a very loud noise. It wasn’t working properly. I unplugged it. I examined the water level which was correct. I plugged in the icemaker and it started making the same loud noise. It’s been 6 months. I didn’t purchase the 2 year quarity.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM. When it worked I liked the ice. I am out near $300.00!

large counter top ice maker that performs flawlessly. I went through two other counter top ice makers from different vendors in a smaller size, but this is item was exactly what I needed. It produces a significant amount of ice, is quiet, and is proactive in keeping itself operational. I appreciated that it will produce a full basket of ice that could fill a 32 oz container, but still have enough water in its reservoir to make 2 more batches of ice. Smaller sizes are much more 'needier' that require constant fill-up

We purchased our ice maker, this past Christmas. It has been a hugely popular appliance in our household. No more trips to Sonic to buy bags of pellet ice… now, we are spoiled! Today, I needed to call their customer support, and they were WONDERFUL! So rare, these days, so I wanted to share our love for their product and give them a BIG shoutout, for the excellent customer care.

Ok. So here’s the deal. Bullet ice machines makes ice in 6-9 minute intervals. Nugget ice machines continuously make ice filing the basket until full or you need to add more water. If you’re used to bullet ice. Give yourself time to get used to these machines. Put simply. This makes a ton of ice a day. Put some in a ziplock bag in the freezer to have on hand and use the ice being made throughout your day. This ice last forever in your drinks compared to bullet ice. Melts very slowly.

This ice maker worked really well as directions said. We had 3 1/2 gallons zip bags of ice in about 6 hrs.then you just store some bags of ice in freezer the machine doesnt keep ice in basket. They will melt back into machine and just start making more ice if you dont empty the ice. Love the little nuggets. Machine is very quiet, and because it's made in u.s. it came packaged very secure and manual booklet very simple to read. Big difference than recieving a pkg from U.S. and China. Love our little nuggets.
