Great item at a good price.
We use garlic powder/granulated, all the time. This is just like what we used to get at a wholesale place. Will definitely buy again. For the person who complained the jar wasn't full -- DUH, it's sold by WEIGHT not volume. Garlic is heavier than many of the other spices sold in this same jar. They use only so many size jars so they have some consistency in packaging.

Great For Keeping Rabbits Away From Your Garden!
I have a vegetable and a flower garden. I was having a huge problem with rabbits eating certain flowers down to the root. They also have a habit of raiding my vegetable garden and eating any plants there too. After a particularly bad year about three years ago, I looked up what I could use to repel them that didn't involve dangerous chemicals. I learned that rabbits can't stand the smell of garlic. I didn't want to spend too much money but wanted a big container that would last me a while and this seemed to fit the bill perfectly. I sprinkle it on the plants occasionally and since I've been doing that, I noticed the rabbits tend to stay away from my veggies and flowers.I don't know how this stuff tastes like, since I've never used it for cooking, but it does have a strong garlic smell. I imagine it would taste pretty good.

It's GRANULATED not a powder and contains N O Salt
Okay, what we have here is granulated garlic. I have bought this under various labels/manufactures and it all is pretty much the same consistency and flavor. I use a lot of this.Here is my favorite use for this. I use it as a breading for chicken breast strips. No salt just granulated garlic liberally coated and then laid coated side down into the hot oil of your choice, then apply more onto to the raw side up, do not be afraid to lay it on heavy/thick. After a few minutes turn each strip over and cook until done. I call this recipe "Very Garlic Chicken"Let your imagination go wild... If you like garlic you will LOVE thisTo me the powder is just so lack luster in comparison

I enjoy garlic. Garlic is good for one's health. This garlic is like every other garlic. Looking at the color, it looks like it's toasted. Does not change the garlic taste. Being that I use a lot of garlic this is a great price and will buy again.
