I've been wearing Hanes, but I was tired of the top rolling down and the legs rolling up while I wore them, so I looked for something better. These briefs are 5% Lycra, and that makes all the difference in the world. They fit snugly, but are not at all restrictive. Better yet, the top doesn't roll down, and the legs don't roll or bunch up, so they stay comfortable all day. They are just as good after being washed (normal wash cycle), and they breathe nicely, too. I'm ordering some more, and will throw away all my old underwear.

At age 66, I have tried every well known brand of underwear in various styles - all had good qualities but all were lacking in some area of comfort, utility, etc. Then I tried 5Mayi cotton boxer briefs. Bought 2 boxes in January of 2019. Initially they seemed to be a decent product, however I'm now just less than 6 months in and out of all 10 pairs that I got, none have survived. Overall design is great, however it has it's weak spot. Every single one of these pairs tore up in the same place and it only a couple of weeks as lately to go thru all of them. The weak spot seems to be the middle seam between your thighs along the threads, where it starts of with a small hole at first and then throughout the day becomes golf ball size. Didn't make me very happy, as I have other brands that are getting close to 10 years old and are still in good condition. Probably wouldn't recommend buying thses unless they fix that issue.

I tried the big name brand boxer briefs and didn’t like the way they fit (tend to ride up or down). Tried a couple pair of specialty briefs. They were OK but not worth 5 times the price. Found these on Amazon. I wear a 40-42 so ordered the XL. Found them a little tight in the waist. After the puppies got in the laundry basket, I had to order more. This time I got the XXL and they fit great. They don’t shift around, do a good job on moisture control, and aren’t tight or binding where it counts.

Got these for three adult men in my family and they love them for a variety of reasons including so comfortable to wear and eliminating the annoying chaffing.I started out buying for one son, went by the size chart but they we're too small. I reordered for him and gave the too small ones to another son. Both were impressed so purchased for the third guy and then had to order more pkgs for all. You may want to order up one or two sizes depending on whether you are lanky or super muscular in the leg area. For the waist alone, I'd recommend going up one size.

My first thought after trying them on when they arrived: both attractive and comfortable. I have a 36 waist but bought a medium because I liked the look of the black with multicolored waist band. They are a nice, well made product that stretch slightly. So although I contemplated Large, the Medium fit well because of the slight stretch. They are comfortable and give me a feeling of support, lying flat under my clothes with no underwear line at all. At the end of a long day you still feel comfortable and not pinched. They are also very attractive and I expect to enjoy them for a long time. In fact I will get some assorted colors in the next few days.
