I am on the Keto Diet so I bought some Coconut Flour to start making Coconut "bread" mixing it with eggs and baking powder. It gave the bread a delicious flavor but not an overpowering coconut taste. I will be using this for other cooking meals as well. Extremely happy with my purchase and it should last a long time (at least months of use).

I have never ever used coconut flour until I started Keto. Works great in recipes calling for this kind of flour. Better than expected. I didn't know what to expect. I am not disappointed.

This is my first time purchasing coconut flour. It mixes well and tastes different. Lol. Other than that I like it.

Very good. I have used it to replace wheat flower in pancakes, banana bread and other small cakes. It gives the recipe a coconut flavor. Very nice

This flour is delicious for baking. Muffins, cakes, pancakes. A wonderfully, healthy alternative.
