For me personally, I can’t fault them. Gave me immediate relief from a very painful arch with both comfort and support, a good fit and stayed in place. Even have non-slip rubber on the bottom if walking barefoot. Would recommend.

I found this effective to help in the first few days after my foot injury, easy to put on and adjust, and helped me with walking. It was comfortable and moulded well to my foot shape.I feel it is a little expensive for what it is though, so I'm hesitating to give it a full five stars. Worth considering however, it is a quality product.

Maybe I was expecting a miracle.This product didn’t perform it.What it did do was help with support and eased some of the pain I was experiencing but it’s a temporary, and in my opinion an indoor only, solution to a bigger problem. Wore these to a concert (seated) it did not help at all.Kind of wish the sponge was hard so it took some of the pressure off. I’ve also got wide feet and for me the band is not tight enough.

Don’t buy other products that claim to fix your problems. This is the most comfortable one. It fits perfectly, and has rubber grip studs on the sole so you can walk around barefoot. The quality is as you’d expect with stuff from this manufacturer.10 minutes after using it, the pain relief was bliss. I haven’t put it through the washing machine yet, but when I do I expect it will emerge intact as it appears to be string and durable. Don’t waste money on cheap stuff that doesn’t work, spend a bit more and get instant relief. Brilliant value for money.

Bought as having trouble with pain in the arch of my foot when walking. This has helped tremendously and I have been able to wear with nearly all my shoes (I found the full foot insoles made shoes too tight and uncomfortable)The only issue is that the elastic to quite tight on the top of my foot and feels quite sore by the end of the day (and I have quite thin feet!)

Absolute game changer. Heal pain and planter fasciitis had disappeared within an evening. Strap isn’t too tight but feels supportive . I love being able to walk around the house now without always having to wear foot wear with arch support x

I usually buy insoles with arch support in them. But i thought this might ok to wear with my new regatta sandals. All it is is a piece of oval foam attached to a circle of elastic and at the bottom are the uncomfortable rubber nodules supposed to give grip if walking on bare feet. However all you feel is the rubber nodules. Lol

Thought nothing would work as my foot really hurt. Instant, permanent relief when I put it on.
