Great cookware.
Very good cookware. Heats evenly on gas cooktop, cleans up beautifully. Good weight to them as well. Food does not stick.

Great cookware
I haven't cooked in them a lot yet, but so far very impressed with these pans. Nice quality and so easy to clean. I even scorched some cheese soup in the sauce pan and it cleaned up easily! I would certainly recommend them.

Season properly!
I've been using these pots and pans for a week now and I have to say "I LOVE THEM!" I began by seasoning the smaller pans that I would use right away, but, because of using the recommended lower temperatures, I didn't let them season as long as I should have. I discovered this when I seasoned the second set of pots. The non-stick was so much better than the pans! So, I re-seasoned the pans and gained a significant improvement in the non-stick function. My advice: don't skip seasoning the pans and use this process for longer than you would expect at a lower temperature than you might use with cast iron. I have had no problem with staining, sticking, scratching (wooden and silicone utensils are all I use), etc. The pain I sometimes feel in my hands from heavy objects is not an issue as this cookware is a comfortable weight. I can see that I will be enjoying this cookware for a long time.

Super easy cleaning!
Love these pans! Seasoned them per instructions and they are awesome to clean up. Love them!

Dissatisfied
After 2 uses pans began to stain and hard to clean even after a simple egg. Customer service has not responded so basically stuck with these over priced pans. Take your money elsewhere and buy different pans.

Such good quality.
Love these. The color is a very pretty neutral crème. The nonstick is amazing. I have put it through the dishwasher and works great still and cleans great. The metal handles are very sturdy and the lids are perfect fit and can be used for different things.
