Excellent reception and easy to operate! Worth the price!

We have 5 kids, 4 of which are teenagers that hide in their bedrooms except at feeding time when they crawl out like cave dwelling creatures unaccustomed to sunlight. They have fans running and listening to whatever nonsense is on their phones. We got tired of yelling for them loud enough for the peace 3 blocks over to hear us when we needed to communicate with these creatures, so my husband bought these. They are quite convenient and loud enough that they will hear it over whatever other noise is in their rooms.

I brought this for my mother-in-law because she’s in a wheelchair and up in age. It has been a good help. She is able to reach out from the other side of the house.

I got two sets of these. Amazing distance and ease of use. Volume is really loud and doesn't turn down much.

Using this for communication with out basement dweller. The sound quality is very difficult to understand what the other person is saying. Sounds exactly like the walkie talkies I had as a child. Have mostly resigned to using it as a doorbell to get the kids attention when they are in the basement. Would not rely on this for sustained communication. The doorbell sounds are very very loud and can wake you up if they are in the same room. Most of the ringtones are very noticeable.
