Fit for the price
I finally found a hatchet and it was missing its sheath. Thank you amazon seller. Its now hunted 5 states and been on the pack every time.

Snug fit
Appears to be a good quality sheath. Fits the Chogan snug. The stitch is back stitched two stitches at the beginning and end. Feels like it will last. Pricey for what it is. Would prefer the CRKT logo be embossed on the inside of the sheath for that plain look.

Sheath fits well and quality is on par
Put this on my NOBO. If reading these reviews and your on the fence about this particular sheath because of the “fit” we’ll get it because if I had not gotten this because of the bad reviews about that or quality I would not have gotten it. Mine fit spot on❗️Quality was pretty damn nice for the price I paid. Actually mine had a welt and I had seen where some said it did not,albeit thin,it was there. I took a chance because of the price and was super happy upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this sheath to someone.

OEM product
This is the 3rd sheath I have purchased. One for my hawk and both of my college age kids when I presented them theirs. The darkness on mine (pictured) is from saddle soap and mink oil used to protect the leather, and the blade from rust while it's being carried on my ruck. The leather is stiff at first, works in very well with saddle soap. The snap will loosen over time with high use. I've used mine for 3 years and still have not felt the need to replace it. Doc Wil
