Print quality, love it
Customer service has been great on response time. The setup/installation process was easy because they walk you through it step by step. Very pleased with the quality of the print. The machine does make noises but isn't loud. Ink cartridges are nice size for multiple prints. Once set up printer is functioning it's easy to understand and operate.

Excellent service team
This is my first DTF printer and the process was a bit more complicated then I initially expected but the after service team is wonderful and Walk you though step by step. All machines tend to work slightly differently even though they are built the same and the after purchase support teams makes sure to tune your printer to the best quality prints. I have had this printer just almost a year now and still to this day if I run into any issues I can still contact them and get assistance with fixing whatever error has happened. Prints are vibrant and versatile for all my needs plus it comes with everything you need to start printing right after set up.

Money well spent
Ive been searching for a new product to help grow my business, and stumbled across this dtf printer, and I have to say, it's been quite an experience! Setting up the whole system was easier than I expected, when I ran into some problems I was able to reach out to tech support and they were very fast at helping me solve my problems even while being on different time zones. I used the computer to design some graphics, and the printer handled the prints flawlessly. The colors came out vibrant and accurate, which was amazing ! After printing, I used a heat oven to cure the designs, and that process was pretty straightforward too. The temperature and time had to be adjusted but other than that it was super simple to use. Just a few minutes in the oven, and everything was set perfectly. Everything that you need comes with your purchase, the curing powder can be a bit messy, however it’s very simple to use. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out. This combination of a DTF printer, the computer, and the curing process has opened up a lot of creative possibilities for me. If you're looking to expand into something new for your business, or even just a side hustle, your money will be well spent with this purchase !

Poor Quality and Functionality
Terrible printer. The first printer sent to me did not work. The company sent a second printer, which also did not work. They offered another model and I stupidly agreed. The printer I do have is not quality. There have been issues after issues. The tech support is very responsive, but they all have a different troubleshooting answer for one problem. Try this, try that...some work, some do not. To have all the issues I have had, for the money paid for the printer, I wish I never bought the item.

This printer has been working great for me. I am still learning how to use it efficiently but every question I have had has been met with the answer from the team, quickly. The team that has been helping me seems to be very knowledgeable. I have other ways of making designs and prints, but wanted to give DTF a try. I am happy I chose Lancelot. The setup was easy, with the teams help and I am pleased with the functionality of the printer. I recommend this printer. Thank you Lancelot

Awesome printer package
Purchased this printer a couple weeks ago and it was well worth it. Almost made my money back from all the shirts I’ve been making. Customer service is awesome. And printer is very easy to use and set up. Definitely would recommend it.

Bubbling
I have to give it 3 stars because the oven does not heat properly and bubbles all my prints I wasted so much time and ink trying to figure out the temp and time but nothing I did worked I increased by 5 degree and 5 seconds each time but still bubbling, the lap top crashed ( I have only had it for 2 weeks) and I can't fix it all that said the printer is awesome as for now, I did use another RIP software and it works great with the printer.
