This is my second bottle so I wanted to take it for a while so I could make a useful review. You’re supposed to take 2 pills a day but I only took 1 because taking both doses made me nauseous. I saw some negative feedback but it appears that people were not eating and exercising along with this so obviously it didn’t work for them. You have to add a healthy meal plan and physical activity or it won’t give you results. It’s not a miracle pill for lazy people.

Used to take these years ago! Like 20 years ago and liked them. I recently started taking them again to loose some stubborn fat but have been noticing that it makes me very nauseous to t try he point where I feel sick the whole day. It might be do to the dosage of 2 pills 2 times per day probably will see if 1 pill twice a day is better if not will stop taking them cause the feeling is not worth it.
