Product was exactly as described. This fit my Craftsman T110 riding mower. I followed a Youtube tutorial on the install, and this specific belt was recommended.

The belt seems to be of good quality and construction. The width is fine, and the taper angle is correct of the pulleys, but the length is 1/2 inch too long. I personally don't think this will be a problem on my mower but check yours before you run the belt to see if you have this issue. A loose belt can cause slippage resulting in damage to the belt and pulleys.

This is a good belt IF you get an original version. I originally bought from MowTownUsa- it was cheap junk that broke during the second use. The generic knock-off was in a grey bag with NO Stens branding.The next one, I bought straight from Amazon’s store. Belt is reddish color and arrived in a sten‘s branded cardboard sleeve.Symptoms of counterfeit belt:1- Black instead of dark red2- Plain rubber belt without the fiber texture of the original (see picture)2- Came without Stens-branding3- Didn’t “idle” correctly. It would catch and spin the blades occasionally when disengaged.4- Popped off multiple times.I’m glad the counterfeit broke so quickly Because I was able to return it for free.Shop carefully, my friends.

Had to return the first belt because it shredded after only 45 minutes.Replacement came and after 4 mows (around 12 hours) it seems to be working fine.Maybe I just received a defective unity first, but it still makes me want to try a different brand when I need to replace again.

The headline description states this belt fits the Saber model 1438 but that is half correct. I like Stens replacement parts, belt will only work on the hydraulic transmission not the gear version.
