Omni 2 combines scratch-resistant textures with lightweight 100% polycarbonate construction, ensuring your luggage looks as great on the 100th trip as it does on the first. This lightweight line offers heavyweight protection riding on effortless 360° Spinner Wheels. Don’t pull your case; let Omni roll comfortably beside you on your journey. Design includes expansion for added capacity when needed. TSA locks help to protect your belongings. Review: The bags are very nice, fairly light weight and the wheels roll well. All excellent. My one complaint is that the bags open in the middle. That means you need a large space to open it up and lay it out flat. You cannot just lay it on it one side and lift the lid because the lid holds half your stuff. Also, only one side has a zipper top to hold its half of the stuff in place, so if you don't open it with the correct side down, the stuff that is unsecured by the zipper closure all falls out. I ended up marking the case so I know which side must be down when opening. Because of the way it opens, I would not buy again. Review: Have the large checkable and the smaller carry-on case. These are replacing Tumi and Briggs & Riley carry-on pieces. Both companies supported their pieces with lifetime warranties well, I have no complaints. But in looking for a checkable piece of luggage, I did not want to pay that premium since I'm no longer the road warrier. These are most economical, and for the amount that I travel a better value for their expected use/lifetime. They satisfy my requirement for a tough enough piece of luggage although I am slighly concerned that the hinge seam is the most vulnerable to damage either from (hard) usage including owner overpacking. The wheels are sweet, especially with the larger piece that I use when bringing larger amounts with me. While the capacity on both pieces is great - nice design provides maximum space for the volume, there are organizational voids, no quaint pockets or places to easily stash shaving kits. One side of each piece has a zippered cover and the other has elastic straps to keep items stowed. I've only used it once, so far, Maybe I can update in another 6 weeks after 3 more trips :-)

This Samsonite set is super sleek. Material feels thick and durable, even more so than my partner’s old Samsonite set. Wheels glide much more smoothly than any of my other bags. Seems really high quality. Minus one star though because I’m a little concerned by the size. The checked bag is enormous lol. Carry on bag is significantly smaller than my previous soft bag and my boyfriend’s Samsonite carry-on. I prefer to travel with only a carry on and I do worry if I’ll be able to fit everything in this smaller bag. I had read the measurements and knew it was an inch or so smaller than airline’s carry-on allowable size… but was still shocked to see it in comparison because it feels more dramatic in person. Will have to think about whether I want to keep or not. Otherwise it’s a very high quality set and I like it!

Item was described as new - not true. I opened package to review the two luggage and I find items inside that are not mine. Therefore, the item is considered used not new.
