Works pretty good. A value drill.

This makes the third one I have purchased in the last 5 years. They are great for around the house repairs and none have failed. I have either lost or loaned the other two. Would buy another if this one 'diappears' as well. If you have heavier than light service drilling to do, purchase some higher quality drill bits. Easy to use, multispeed and reverse, as well as chuck operation.

Great drill especially for the price. I don’t think it would be great for heavy duty projects but that’s not what I bought it for. (Works as expected/ a little more powerful than expected)

This AVID POWER 20V MAX Power Drill Kit offers decent capability and seems able to handle a good amount of torque, but the overall rating is affected by two main accessory issues. The primary drawback is the keyless chuck. While I am a strong person, the chuck is so small that I cannot get a sufficient grip to really sinch it down. I wish it included a key to allow for better tightening. This weakness was evident when using the drill as a polisher with a wire bit, as the attachment came loose on several occasions. For drilling, the motor performs as expected most of the time, but the chuck remains a limitation. The second issue is the quality of the included bits. Specifically, the Phillips drill bit could not handle driving screws and the top portion of the bit wore down quickly. The steel used for these bits is simply not the hardest metal. The solution: If you pair this drill with top-quality drill bits, the drill will perform as expected. This kit is hampered by its accessories, not its core power.

Don't waste your money on this . The old saying "you get what you pay for" is so true !! Chuck won't stay tight to hold small drill bits that come with it and shuts down after a bit and only gets worse !!

I am planning using it today. It looks perfect, it’s a small machine, but so am I, and still get the job done. Love the flexible shaft, I wish I had this for my previous project. Also like the fact that it is not too noise.
