It’s herbal laxative. It’s herbal ( Ayurvedic) medicine.Works good on me. After all it’s medicine. My views on this maybe mislead people. In India lots of people take this medicine for years. But still you are overstepping the natural order for long periods depends on your own problems. In my case it helps beyond my expectations. I am 73 years old. Unfortunately not many doctors in USA aware of this king of combination of multiple herbs. Even I don’t recognize so many herbs used in this. Long time use may cause some problems but you have to calculate. Definitely better than lot’s of medicine being used by allopathy which has proven side effects. In India it’s considered as natural and least side effect excepts for long term use. It’s a long story. There are many OTC laxative available. But all of them have instructions not to use longer than certain periods, but it is available in open market and I have seen people often use these laxatives.

It works for me about 3 hours after I take one pill. Its not stomach painful but you can feel the bowel movement.
