Good 500mg dose, fine for vegetarians. The ingredients look clean, so a dearer price is justified.
This supplement comes in a little bottle that contains the 60 capsules. The serving size is 2 per day, so you're getting about a month supply. It says you can take it 1 to 3 times a day, so you might have a little more or less depending on your choice. Each capsule has 500mg turmeric root extract, which I understand has strong antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties. I like the fact that it's a good clean product with no unnecessary fillers, binders or preservatives, it is also free from artificial additives, gluten and GMOs. The capsule shell is vegetarian friendly. The best before is a year and half long. They're a normal size, odourless, tasteless and easy to swallow. I didn't experience any adverse effects from taking them, so their action seems pretty gentle. I much prefer the capsules as liquid drops can sometimes taste too strong. Overall, on the higher end price wise, but worth it if that's not a problem due to the absence of unnecessary ingredients.

Soft shell capsules which I prefer
These come as soft shell capsules, which I find much easier to swallow. You can see the colour of the Turmeric, in the colour of the capsules. I don’t take the recommended dose, of one to three times daily, I only take two a day, that suits me. They are supplied in an easy to store container. They have a screw cap, and underneath that a sealed label. Always read the ingredients, to make sure the capsules are suitable for you. I will continue taking them.

High price
Easy to swallow powder filled capsules that look the same as every other turmeric capsule you see. I feel the price difference with other brands seems higher than the purity claim.

Practitioner but spendy
This review is for the Pure Encapsulations Curcumin - High Potency Turmeric C3 Complex Supplement - 60 Capsules I recognise this as a practitioner-grade brand, which does give me confidence in the quality. I use turmeric (curcumin) to help support joint health, and this product has two different forms of curcurmin. These capsules are easy to swallow and feel well produced. From a formulation and quality point of view, I can’t really fault them. That said, the overall investment is high compared to other practitioner brands, working out at roughly 55p per capsule. With the suggested intake being 2 capsules taken up to three times a day, the cost mounts up quickly and makes this an expensive supplement to keep up long term. While I’m sure the quality is there, it’s difficult to justify the ongoing investment when there are more affordable curcumin options available.

Premium but expensive 250mg Curcumin formulation
Hmmm, at £32 for X60 250mg Curcumin capsules, while this may be a premium formulation, it's also average value for money, especially with the recommended dose being X2 capusles per day (i.e. 30 days supply). Yes, it is good to hear the sellers claim that each capsule provides a "guaranteed amount of curcumin" in each capsule (some don't!), but at this premium price I would expect their claim to be backed up by some independent lab testing and at least some evidence that they've been manufactured to GMP standards.

High quality but very expensive!
I have mixed feelings about this curcumin supplement. On the positive side, it is clearly a high-quality product with the "Turmeric C3 Complex", and the capsules are easy to take and feel well made. However, the price is extremely high, working out at around 55p per capsule, which quickly adds up. With the recommended dose being 2 capsules taken 1–3 times per day, it becomes a very expensive supplement to maintain long term. While the quality seems excellent, the cost makes it hard to justify compared to other curcumin options on the market. As they wouldn't be an affordable option for most, I've only awarded three stars.
