It arrived, as planned, in three days in an outer cardboard carton protecting an inner box which had to be opened without a knife so as not to damage the cushions. Opening the boxes, unpacking the parts and checking the instruction sheet took me about 15 minutes. Note that Amazon offers expert assembly for about $95.00 with "typical assembly time of one hour" if you choose to go this route. But I can imagine someone assembling the chair with pieces of cardboard and packaging material flying in all directions as the purchaser frantically works the little Allen wrench to put things together and doubt this will be the norm. The instruction sheet contains a series of illustrations, which is all you need. The bolts and other items are neatly arranged in a package that thoughtfully contains extra pieces of hardware. It has easy directions for contacting the supplier if problems arise. The assembly sequence is not difficult to work through. The arms are attached with a bolt in the side of the back and another in the side of the seat cushion. I found the angle of the threaded sockets in the soft seat cushion to be off-center for the bolts from the arms and recommend loosening the bolts in the back of the chair that attach the seat cushion to the back to allow more leeway in correcting this. This is a well designed chair made of good materials. Long legged people might have found need for greater depth in the seat for thigh support, a minor issue. A mysterious "PU" chair is one with fake leather, but it is of good quality. The chair does indeed have an "executive office" appearance. It is comfortable, seems durable and attractive and I think is a good buy for the money. Glad I bought it.

Update --The seller's customer service is one of the best that I have ever experienced because the seller truly attempted to make things right.Terrible. Seat has no cushion when you really sit on it. It flattens out.Hurts my butt and because its like sitting on plastic or wood. Hurts my back as well after a few minutes. It also sits a little higher due to the curve feet.

This is my second purchase from “Sidanli”. As my previous purchase of their stacking chairs, this office chair was also delivered very quickly. It only takes about 20 mins to assemble the whole chair. I would say the chair looks the same as advertised and has very good quality. I like the back lumbar support of this chair, which makes a great support for your back. I think they are professional with chairs. I am happy with my purchase and I would consider buying from them again, if I need.

We recently moved to a new place and on the market for a new office chair. We are not looking for one with lots of functionalities because our budget is limited. However, we still want a decent chair particularly the one that can help with the lower back pain problem of my wife. After looking around for a while, we decided to go with Sidanli office Chair because a friend of mine purchased this chair recently and he is really happy with it. The package came just two days after the order and honestly I am really happy with the package quality. The assembly of the chair was easy and smooth, which only took me 15 minutes to finish. The chair has two basic functions: it can move around and it can adjust the height, which are exactly what we are looking for. The overall quality is good. The chair is very robust with most parts are made from stainless steel decorated with leather and all of them are well finished. I am very happy with the quality of the leather. It has decent looking that matches well with my black office table and definitely not the cheap quality that you may expect from the chair price. The surface is very soft and comfortable. My wife has not complained about her back ever since she got the new chair. I would definitely recommend this chair if you are looking for some decent looking chair with simple functionality and if you budget is limited.

Sturdy, metal parts. Easy to follow pictorial/graphic (no words) instructions. Parts are well wrapped and organized with even the required allen wrench and an extra set of screws. I had the chair to together at a relaxed pace in 25 mins.. I had one issue with an arm rest cushion, contacted the email provided in the instructions, and they Fedex'ed me the replacement cushion. My view, after one week of use, is that this a quality chair backed by great customer support.

Installation was moderately difficult, but can be done by ordinary person with some mechanical skill. Seat is comfortableIt is easy to raise up. Only problem I have it the rolling casters. Hard to move.

The chair is amazing, looks great , feels great butttt the wheels are terrible!!! But with the price tag and wheels situation the chair is still a great value, I had to buy replacement wheels for like 9 bucks. Still a great value with the crappy wheels it comes with. ( I purchased 10 for our conference room so those wheels are gonna add up)
