Dyln: Please redesign your diffuser removal tool!!
This tool design needs an overhaul! Nubs on bottom portion of tool sheared off leaving bottom portion of tool and diffuser in the bottle. Extra long needle-nosed pliers got it all out, but super big hassle. Dyln is replacing the tool for me which is great. Hoping mine was a one-off failure, but I can see here that is not the case.

Only works for a short time, then stops working
Seems like a decent tool...but after the third or so "round" of removing the diffuser, it no longer grabs the diffuser and it does not pull it out. This really makes the entire unit useless. It is a decent product overall, but not user-friendly at all.

Beaks Easily. Poor Construction.
First time i used it to remove the diffuser, it broke. It has small plastic locking pins which are the weak link in the tool. With no functional tool, theyrecommended just dropping the flask upside to remove the diffuser. This worked but kinda Mickey Mouse solution. They offered to send a replacement tool which took abut 3 weeks because they were out of stock-DUUUHH-because they all break and probably are sending everyone who bought the flask a replacement. Also they sent me numerous emails from numerous people and if you didn’t respond, they threatened to drop your request. Photo is broken bottom piece stuck on the diffuser!

Tool is trash
You have to put the tool together and twist it to remove the filter, well the tool is all plastic so if you have any strength you break the tool. Recommend duct taping it together when you put it together, this item should be steel or something else that doesn't break so easily.

This item shows as three pieces. I only received two. The middle extension wasn’t included making this useless. Couldn’t reach the cartridge. Returned it and ordered another one.
