Works great if you customize end grips onto them
If these are too short for your bars, and you have your old grips you are taking off which had fit correctly, you can do this:Just cut the ends of your old grips and leave enough room to keep sheering and cutting until they even up with where the newer Scott grips are installed.I used a knife to cut a whole through the end cap of the Scott grips so that I could do this. It feels a lot better having the grips extend all the way out and to cap the ends of the bars. They do not look very pleasant otherwise if there is spare handlebar and handlebar hole visible.Gorilla glue will work very well for the older grip caps, attaching them to where the Scott grips end.I used gorilla gel adhesive to get the new Scott grips on over the bars.Be very weary of the permanent glue dragging up through the inside of the grips on the throttle side.It may drag and ooze out of the end of the direction the new grip is being pushed toward. You don't want the glue getting in to where the throttle is supposed to move and have its free-play. + also get them on really quick. You'll know they will stay on well by how much of a pain in the ___ it is to slide and scoot these grips on their travel to the correct position onto your bars. That's good, however! They shouldn't come loose! If they ever do I will try to update it on here and also say how long it took to do so.I've been riding these for several weeks now and I think the grips feel great. There isn't a harsh vibration with these thinner style grip paddings in my experience. The whole ride experience has changed for the better... feeling more control, and more of a secure response out of the bike. (Who would have thought!? I replaced out 1980 OEM grips!)Definitely a good deal for the affordability if you want to customize a solution to the fact that they don't fully cover all handlebar length types. Would replace with this brand again in the future if I have to change them out unless longer grips from the same company are available.

Nice grips.
Not the softest grips on your hands, but good quality.

Motorcycle Handgrips
I ordered these grips as a replacement pair for my 2002 Kawasaki KLR 250. My last grips were getting ripped/worn, so i decided it was time for me to buy a new pair. Installation was fairly easy, as the previous owner of my motorcycle had applied some silicone to the grip area so putting on new grips is easy. The grips themselves are larger on the right for the throttle, and smaller on the left for the other handgrip. I Applied a solution of soap/water to help put these grips on easier, but it was already pretty smooth of a process so it just made an already easy process a breeze. These grips themselves are pretty hard, I wouldn't recommend them for the casual rider around town, unless you're wearing gloves, as just using them for the first couple rides has my bare hands roughed up. [I'm a squid i know!] The gloves themselves are pretty nice though, and have a quality feel that you don't usually get with cheaper gel handgrips by other offbrands. In summary - if you want cheap overall good quality handgrips, these are it, a little tough on your hands, but it's worth it for the extra grip.If you finished reading this, please make sure to rate it as helpful! It takes only a couple seconds and helps me out alot as an amazon reviewer! Thanks so much - D . Krause

Best inexpensive grips out there.
These grips have been awesome. I like them more than any standard Protaper grips because they give you more control, they don’t wear out as fast, and they have a very comfortable feel. I think they are hands down the best grips in their price range.

They look great
Looks great but my black gloves already staining the grips. If you have black soled gloves...they will stain the grips..but it can be wiped off some.
