I shifted to this device from a non-wifi device . The benefits of this device is extra-ordinary . The functions like night vision, baby movement sensor and baby cry is unbeatable. The camera clarity is beyond my expectation with a best battery life . There is no issue with the connectivity and best part is you can have your app in your mobile in addition to monitor provided that gives much leverage to keep track of you baby when you are away from home.I would say that this really worth of money considering your little one safety ad security .

Edit- After being contacted by the company to remedy the inconveniences I've experienced, I have to amend my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. My oh my, talk about customer service!!! The Dr. Care Customer Support team went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that we were not left with a sour taste in our mouths, so much so that they'll leave you wondering if you've been scammed (sorry about that by the way). I can assure, you're not. Although we still have a new monitor to test out, their customer service is without a doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced. Their company policies on the subject matter alone make the product worth while. After testing out the new monitor, I will update my review once more, however I am sure I will be more than satisfied.Let's start with the cons. The monitor does not hold a charge for anything. It can be plugged in all night, but if it's on it doesn't fully charge. The signal does not have the range it claims to have. The monitor takes forever to turn off and on. You have to go in through the menu to adjust the volume, even though the cues on the arrow buttons indicate that volume and screen brightness can be adjusted without having to go through the menu.Despite the cons, the monitor does have a nice large screen and a super clear image. I love all of the options it has, such as temperature alarms and motion detection, just to name a few. I really like the paning ability of the camera. You can really get a full view with it. The sound quality is rather nice too, it does a great job of blocking out background noise.Overall, it's not bad. The cons are mostly annoyances, aside from the weak signal and limited range ability, but we make it work.

It’s easy to use, I can be anywhere in my house and is able to view clearly and hear my baby! I recommend this product.

This baby monitor is just what I needed. For the price, it provides a good quality picture that I was looking for. You can zoom in 2x and it has great features including motion detection and crying detection. Highly recommended for a basic baby monitor.UPDATE AS OF 05/05/25: THE BATTERY FOR THE MONITOR IS NOW HAVING ISSUES. I WILL CHARGE IT UNTIL THE LIGHT INDICATOR TURNS GREEN AND ONCE DISCONNECTED FROM THE CHARGER, THE BATTERY SAYS IT NEEDS TO BE CHARGED. I HAVE TRIED DIFFERENT CHARGERS AND NOTHING WORKS. THERE IS NO OPTION TO CONTACT THE SELLER FOR EXTRA SUPPORT. JUST AN OPTION FOR TROUBLESHOOTING WHICH DOESNT HELP ME AT ALL. SO I ONLY GOT TO USE THIS PRODUCT FOR BARELY 1.5MONTHS WITHOUT HAVING ISSUES.

Quality of the camera and the monitor were very nice. Easy to set up. However the connection on the app was awful. It was constantly jumping and jerky. I also wasn't able to get access on my tablet. I like to be able to keep app access on both phone and tablet. I reached out via chat on their website, but decided to return before they responded.

We didn't use this monitor for a baby but rather for our mother who was very ill and this allowed us to keep a close eye on her without having to sit next to her all of the time. The features like sound detection and the 360 capabilities were absolutely outstanding. Being able to monitor her through both the product screen and your mobile phone were very useful.

Excellent video quality and night vision clarity. Highly sensitive motion and sound detection. Sound of the 2-way talk and lullabies is clear, and volume can be adjusted. The parent handset is a good size and resolution, and convenient for when you don’t want to use wifi or are traveling. The Range without WiFi enabled is very good indoors—I get an effective signal at both ends and each floor of my 3 level home. Range is also very good with WiFi enabled both indoors and outdoors, but outside (without a WiFi extender) the app does need to reconnect often each time you move to a new location. I can reach at most 0.5 acre distance from the home before the wifi connection drops. The other features that I chose this camera specifically for was the ability to capture photo and video locally on my phone or on a SD card instead of paying for a cloud based subscription. I also wanted to be able to have the flexibility of turning off wifi for added security, but I can enable it when I want to go outside for increased monitoring range.Some minor issues I’ve run into have been incompatibility with most mounting stands. You need to get a floor stand that has a clamp since the back of the camera has 2 keyholes for wall mounting with screws instead of one like most cameras on the market. Also, there is a small light on the side of the camera that flashes green constantly if the parent handset is turned off. Lastly, it is obvious that the manufacturer had some English translation issues, eg. Spelling errors, and wording of the customer support answers. Product support is only through the app’s FAQs (which is inconvenient to navigate) and via email (but the link in the app is not valid). Through the product feedback form in the app I was able to submit questions and received a helpful response.
