I like this Because is very good to workout my armsThe elastic is a bit longer than I was expecting, but when you tide it to something and work your arm from there, its very good, so if I was going to buy it again I would look for one with a stronger elastic and a bit shorter than this one,But altogether this is a very good material, the piece that you hold in your hand, has quiet little bit of weight on it which is also good to work your arm, I don't know how heavy it is but it is heavy and it gets more heavy when you get tired so I found it nice.Another thing you can do nicely with this item is workout the arm and leg together like the example in the pictures

Great quality tubes but no instructions
This resistance training tubes are great quality. The rubber tube seems to be durable as it is quite thick. The handles are covered in soft foam which makes them comfortable to hold. They contain removable weights, which is handy. The footloops initially looked small but they are big enough for my feet and stay in place when exercising. I have also put them around door handles for arm pulling exercises. The length of the tubes is easily adjustable with a "plug" to suit different sized people and a range of exercises. I would have given the product itself 5 stars but unfortunately I feel like I need to take one star off for the following reasons: on the box under the heading of warnings it states to carefully read instructions before using the product in order to avoid injuries. You then look in vain for mentioned instructions. It would also have been useful to add instructions for some basic exercises as provided with similar products. People who have never used any resistance training tools might feel a bit lost without these and used wrongly, they can be an injury hazard.

Very adaptable and good quality
These resistance tubes are really great quality. The handles have foam tubing around them so they are very comfortable to hold and the weights inside the handles are removable if needed. Also the tubing is adjustable to accommodate for different exercises. These really are a good all rounder and you can get a full body work out with them. They are also very compact and easy to pack away if you wanted to take them on holiday with you or if you travel a lot. My only gripe would be that there are no instructions in the box which I think should be necessary for beginners and this is why I have given it a four star and not 5 star. I think and exercise chart showing some different examples of exercises would be good too but that aside, I would definitely recommend this product

Great
A very versatile addition to any fitness aid collection. The resistance bands are strong and sufficiently long for a taller person. They can be adjusted easily and the handle grip weights as well. The grips are nice and large and i had no trouble in using these. I would have liked to see in the box a sheet with a few suggested uses in- as i can look at youtube etc videos of what to use these for but it would be more useful to give a beginners guide in the box. I started off with five circuits of bicep and shoulder work and quickly noticed the resistance kicking in on the holds, they work well and will be an important part of my routine. highly recommended

Great for travelling, very versatile
I travel abroad a lot so I've been needing something to take with me to keep up my resistance training. These are perfect - you can remove the weighted handles so that they weigh practically nothing and they also fold up really small so that you can put them in the hand luggage or in the hold luggage. They're so versatile which means I can use them for a full resistance workout pretty much anywhere. I haven't had them for long but so far they're also excellent quality - thick rubber with no snags or rips.

This is really gdod for home usage
Got this a few days ago for resistance training at home and I'm really impressed with it.The bands are made with quality material and I love how they stretch which allows me different exercise position and training pattern.I also love the fact that the handles are detachable and the weight can be varied.For improvement, it will be nice if some instructions and warnings can be included on the usage of the bands.

Die Fitnessbaender kamen sehr gut verpackt an und es gab keine Beschaedigung am Produkt. Ich gebe diesem Produkt 5 Sterne, da ich sehr davon ueberzeugt bin das die Fitnessbaender halten was sie versprechen. Schon bei den ersten Uebungen ist mir aufgefallen, wie wenig Sport ich in den letzten Jahren gemacht habe, ich bin so aus der Puste, aber im Endeffekt bin ich erleichtert, da ich endlich ein Produkt gefunden habe was zu mir passt und was ich ganz allein zu Hause benutzen kann, ob tagsueber oder in der Nacht, es ist sehr leise und stabil. Staendig viel Geld auszugeben fuer ein Fitnesscenter ist eine alte Karamelle, bei den Fitnessbaendern bezahlst du einmal und hast jeden einzigen tag was davon ohne dich ins Auto zu setzen und zum Fitnesscenter fahren, das brauchst du damit nicht mehr.Es gibt kaum negatives zu berichten, fakt ist, es gibt nichts negatives!Ich empfehle dieses Produkt jeden der mit seinem Koerper unzufrieden ist, aber auch jeden, der sich im Fitnesstudio nicht mehr wohl fuehlt und all das auch zu Hause erledigen kann.Nur zu empfehlen! :)

Un prodotto che soddisfa a pieno le mie aspettative
Ho acquistato questo prodotto perché avendo poco tempo da dedicare alla palestra, ho individuato in queste fasce elastiche un ottimo modo per tenermi in allenamento. Le fasce elastiche sono molto semplici da utilizzare, a seconda della zona muscolare che si vuole tonificare si possono fare diversi esercizi. Inoltre, essendo le fasce di piccole dimensioni possono essere trasportate comodamente anche quando si è lontani da casa, per non interrompere gli allenamenti.Trovo questo prodotto di buona qualità, la sua elasticità è ottimizzata non troppo rigida ma nemmeno troppo flessibile, ne ho provati vari e con questi mi trovo bene per via anche della sua lunghezza (110 cm),I pesi sono estraibili e si possono comprare in qualsiasi negozio di sport per fare più o meno forza, normalmente mi li porto dietro per via del piccolo ingombro e della loro pratica scatola e ciò mi consente di fare molti esercizi in autonomia.

Super für Fitness daheim
Da ich nicht so der Typ bin um ins Studio zu gehen, habe ich nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht zuhause etwas für meine Fitness zu tun und habe die Fitnessbänder von Winline entdeckt und gleich bestellt.Die Fitnessbänder kommen in einer kleinen Box geliefert, in welche sich die Bänder auch wieder gut verstauen lassen. Beim Öffnen kam mir kein unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, was ich schon mal super fand. Ich habe die Bänder dann gleich mal auf Herz und Nieren geprüft. Das Band ist im normalen Zustand ca. 1 Meter lang, dehnen konnte ich es bis ca. 2,1 Meter, danach waren beine Arme zu kurz. Ein Band wiegt ca. 500g was ein perfektes Gewicht ist, nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Die Bänder sind wirklich sehr gut verarbeitet. Die Griffe sind mit Schaumstoff überzogen, sodass mal selbst bei nassen/verschwitzten Händen einen guten Griff hat und nicht abrutscht.Es lassen sich unzählige Übungen machen, und der Muskelkater ist vorprogrammiert.Mein Fazit: Die Fitnessbänder sind klasse verarbeitet und es macht richtig Spaß diese zu benutzen.Es gibt nichts an den Bändern auszusetzten.

Le fasce sono molto semplici da utilizzare e hanno dei pesi interni ai manubri che possono essere tranquillamente rimossi.Il filo è molto resistente e offre un'ottima trazione . La lunghezza è regolabile e possono essere fatti vari esercizi per tenere in forma i vostri muscoli delle braccia e delle gambe. All'interno della confezione troverete soltanto le due fasce elastiche con i pesi inseriti. I materiali sono molto buoni e le due fasce non sono troppo ingombranti per essere portate con se.Acquisto consigliato per la buona qualità a un prezzo ottimo.

Il loro pregio più grande è la portabilità. Infatti possono essere trasportate facilmente in qualunque borsa.Avrei preferito fossero meno elastiche, in modo da sforzarmi di più nel'allungarle. Die Bänder sind von der Qualität her gut, halten der Belastung bei dem dafür vorgesehenen Training stand.Ich nutze sie hauptsächlich für leichtere Aufwärmübungen um die Muskulatur vor dem Training „anzuheizen“. Da sind die Bänder echt super, gerade um die Schultern und Rotatoren aufzuwärmen. Die Griffe sind sehr angenehm, durch das weiche Material liegen sie gut in der Hand.Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch was die Schlaufen am Ende der Bänder betrifft. Mit Schuhgröße 46 hatte ich Sorge, ich würde nicht reinpassen. Aber sie lassen sich recht einfach dehnen, bin zufrieden! Man muss sich allerdings selbst überlegen was man mit den Bändern anstellen will, denn eine Anleitung mit Beispielübungen oder dergleichen ist leider nicht dabei. Ansonsten alles super.

Il prodotto sembra ben fatto.Interessanti i pesi nei manubri, così si può scegliere su usarlo "con i pesi" o senza.Materiale resistente, molto comodo e usabileInteressante il sistema per poter ridimensionare la corda.Non ho dato cinque stelle perchè il "cerchio" dove mettere i piedi è piuttosto piccolo e non regolabile, dovrebbe essere un pochino più grande per essere comodo

Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo
Le fasce elastiche hanno all'interno una peso removibile. Tutte le informazioni più dettagliate sono nella descrizione del prodotto, non serve che le citi. Per modificare la lunghezza dell'elastico c'è un sistema semplicissimo ( mostrato in foto ).Nel complesso per il prezzo il prodotto è davvero ottimo, resistente, nulla di speciale. Peccato che sia arrivato un po' danneggiato come si vede in foto, ma non è un problema.

Tolles Trainingsgerät
Habe mir diese Fitness Bänder auf anraten meiner Therapeuten gekauft, um meine Bauch und Rücken Muskulatur nach einem Bandscheibenvorfall zu stärken. Man kann damit sehr effektiv Übungen zum Muskelaufbau durchführen. Material fühlt sich gut und griffig an. Was ich sehr gut finde, dass man die Gewichte im Handteil variieren kann. Schön würde ich es finden, wenn noch ein Trainingsplan mitgeliefert worden würde. Bin aber mir dem Trainingsgerät sehr zufrieden.

Sehr stabil
Für mein Muskelaufbau habe ich mir diese Bänder bestellt. Ich bin überrascht, eigentlich dachte ich es sind einfach nur Gummibänder mit Plastikgriffen, aber nein Sie sind stabil und in den Griffen sind anscheinend Gewichte eingearbeitet, zum Training optimal.

Muy útil para hacer ejercicio en casa
Siempre había estado buscando un producto que me permitiera hacer un poco de ejercicio en casa, sin necesidad de ir al gimnasio. Me compré las bandas de resistencia y al principio, me daba pereza, pero tras haber buscado tablas de ejercicios en internet y haber probado lo fácil que son de utilizar, ahora practico todos los días. Muy recomendable.
