They click in and stay in place. They're easy to remove. They're pliable enough for cable management. And they work as intended. I'm waiting for someone to invent rubber-band data cables that shrink and grow in length as needed. Until then, these are great cables.

These were bought for my home server. The fit is good with the locking tabs. I haven't had any issues with these at all. I'll update again after I've used it more.

LOVE THESE I WISH I COULD HAVE GOTTEN AN ONES THAT ARE 24 INCHES OR MORE I LIKE THE 90 DEGREE BEND ON THESE THEY HOLD FIRM IN THE SOCKETS AND DID NOT SLIP OUT (DISCONNECTING THE DRIVE)
