This is actually my 2nd Cubii Cushi lumbar. I bought this one for the car, since I got tired of carrying the one I had in & out.Love the pain relief and comfort. Highly recommend!

My chiropractor recommended I get this to help with my upper back pain. I'd been sitting on the edge of my chair instead of sitting all the way back, since the chair sometimes just feels too "deep" for me. So I bought this, and now I sit all the way back and feel way more supported. I didn't really realize how much I was straining by not using the back support of my chair, it's like I was sitting on a stool instead of a chair. My only slightly negative comment is that it slips down to the bottom of the chair a lot, so I have to just liftit up and adjust it a bit so that it falls at the small of my back instead of down by my butt. Otherwise I love it!

The only reason why I didn’t give it a five was because of the size/shape sometimes I feel like I don’t really have the curvature of a lumbar supported, but more like my whole lower spine and hips are just shifted forward. Many years ago I used a role instead of an angled pillow like this to keep the lumbar spine in its natural curvature. But maybe science today shows that these angled pillows do the work that those old lumber rolls did in the past.I don’t know if I am positioned correctly or not, but I do have to say my lumbar pain has gotten better since I use this every day on my sofa
