Ughhh please, please cut out the whole patern. Two sides of each tile you have to cut out yourself. This made install a pain. If I knew they werent cut out I would of chose different tile. The trick is to start from right to left. This way any mistakes you make while cutting out the pattern is hidden by the manufacture cut out. Learned this the gard way. I used this to do my fireplace thike and it looks great on. Just a paint to install. Grout and anything uneaven will show through this vinyl tile.

I did not take off wallpaper backing and glue as it was stuck so well, so around the sink where I did that if you had to reposition, it pulled the wallpaper backing up making the tile less sticky. Then on the wall where I did remove all paper and glue it pulled off the drywall paper. I had to throw two tiles away because of that. I measured and ordered what the measurements were and had just enough. There is a lot of waste due to the pattern and you do have to trim some tiles. Less if you start on far right and work to the left. Do one entire length then go back and do the top. I saved the white backing to measure and cut by once I got the first one. Cheaper than tile and I could do myself. I like it, but yes it is just peel and stick tile. I have a couple that I push down to restick daily. I will most likely glue it with something so it will stay. Because it varies in color, others would probably not notice any mistakes or loose corner.

I purchased this I thought it would overlap easily like the other tiles that have sections to overlap the next tile so you don't see lines inbetween when you're connecting them but it wasn't like that. To overlap you have to cut around the circular shapes and everyone doesn't have a good straight hand to make perfect cuts around the shapes so it didn't work for me and it didn't line up to overlap properly with the top and bottom and left and right add on tiles.

This product was horrible! It did not stick to the wall and was extremely difficult to install then to have it all falling off the wall by the next day. I wouldn’t even give this one star. The seller would not respond to my complaints.

I was disappointed in the colors of this product. The brown looks pink.

Almost finished the whole backsplash and half was down. I decided to take the whole thing down and go with real tile.. Sorry not my cup of tea..

The tiles I received were definitely a more pink than `wood look`. A lot of material in wastage, as had to cut the pattern out to fill in areas. I ordered two packages, but still wasn`t quite enough for my backsplash. Over all - disappointed

We ordered eight boxes to tile the area between our counter and top cupboards in our travel trailer. Laying out the tiles before we applied them to the wall we discovered a flaw in the tiles themselves. Regardless of which way you start, top or bottom, left or right you will need to remove the white corner with scissors when joining four tiles together. I assume this a flaw in the design but it had us frustrated until we realized there was no way we could avoid it. The instructions didn't give enough detail and could certainly be improved with some hints and just suggestions on how to start. The quality of the actual tile is good and appears to be strong and durable but it is difficult to match up with its curved edges so you'll need patience. Not sure how well this will stand up over time but we do like how it looks now that's it done.
