I build computers and electronic devices. Do the torque settings go low enough to secure delicate components without damaging them?

I don't have the exact torque measurement, but the lowest setting would probably work for very delicate components...I use it to drill tiny screws into plastic all the time with NO stripping whatsoever. I mostly use this for remote control cars and it works great on soft plastics and tiny screws. Hope this helps!

What driver bits did you order to use with this? Can you provide the amazon link to it also.

This takes hex drive bits and drivers. I already had everything I needed but I did a little research for you. Black & Decker has a "71-973 Quick Connect 30 Piece Drilling and Screwdriving Set" for $19.99 Amazon Prime. This is probably all a casual user of this Hitachi driver would need.

Do you know if you can switch the light on/off....for longer battery life?

And here are some numbers to back up what Joseph said about the tiny power consumption of the LED: Motor uses at minimum 0.5A - 2A of current (based on less powerful models I've seen analyzed). LED uses 0.005A (5mA) to 0.01A (10mA) depending on the efficiency of the LED. That's 100 TIMES less power than the motor. You can afford to turn on the LED, do your work, and turn it off at the end of the work and it'll amount to the same energy use as running the motor for less than 1 second longer. In other words, be judicious of the motor use and you can leave the LED on as long as you want.Or to put it another way, if you left the LED on, it would take about two weeks to run down the battery from full charge.
