Very happy with this book which I remember from my childhood. I loved this book and have bought it for my grandsons to enjoy. The illustrations are beautiful.

I had this book as a child and was delighted to find it for my little girl. Arrived quickly and is in really good used condition as described by the seller

Sheer nostalgia! An excellent story told in simple language with superb illustrations. Any story that has the listener asking for more and requesting to 'help' to read the story has to be recommended. This series of books is deservedly popular but make sure that you get the original books, rather than one of the oountless later editions which initially at least had the original 'retold' text by Vera Southgate but unfortunately never had the original enchanting illustrations.

Book was a nostalgia hamper present. Sprayed with Febreze then it was ok. Good price thank you. Sadly delivery driver just left parcel at front door , not hidden at all so am glad wasn’t something valuable and stolen!

Book advertised was not the edition that I received. Full refund given but this company needs to make sure they use the correct picture when offering a book for sale

I love the illustrations in these old Ladybird books, as does my son. A trip down memory lane for me and something new for my 4 year old.

For a second hand book that is pretty old it came in mint condition for a bargain price and my little one loves it just as much as I used to. Thank you :)
