I ignored all the bad comments and ordered furbo as I had to start leaving my dog alone few hours per day. I think the price is expensive but I thought the price worst it. So I wanted to try and it was too good to be true. Once it arrived it DIDN’T WORKED AT ALL! Impossible even to set up. Even after following all the steps of the support that is very bad by the way. It Didn’t work. I was so excited and happy to receive it and have peace of mind while I’m not home but now it’s such a big disappointment and of course will return this useless device and tell to all my friends to be away of it!!!! It’s a Scam.

Did NOT work. Tried everything and even contacted Furbo directly and troubleshooted and couldn’t get it to work. Very disappointed

Worked ONCE. Performed setup and all worked as advertised. Software updated as required by the app then treat launching mechanism stopped working. After following Furbo recommended troubleshooting recommendations the treat launching mechanism worked when the Furbo was turned upside down but not right side up (as it needs to be to launch treats). After unplugging from the wall socket for a few hours, plugged back in and it will not power back up. Only a pulsing white light in the launching port. Performed hard reset multiple times as suggested by the helpline but it still will not power up. Initial setup I had issues with the Wi-Fi staying connected and had connection failures via the app. Would recommend Furbo increases their Quality Control oversight of sub components and the manufacturing/assembly facility to ensure customers get what they are paying for as the cost of the Furbo is not necessarily low.
