I love this. I have been making my own lunchmeat for health reasons, and this makes it so easy! It holds about 2 lbs. of meat and takes about 2 hours to fully cook. Use a fatty meat, lean meats turn out very dry and crumbly. I actually liked this too much that I bought a second one. It's not 5 stars because they only come with a few bags and without the bags the meat is difficult to remove.

I have learned to make my own beef and chicken lunch meat and these are so easy to use. It keeps you cooking utensil clean and makes it very easy to remove items from your cooker. They fit perfect in my meat cooker.

Exactly what I was looking for to cook steaks with my Sous Vide device. There’s really no need to vacuum seal steaks with expensive bags and sealing devices. Once you submerge steaks in one of these relatively thin bags it easily collapses around the meat and cooks great. Bags are strong even at higher temperatures. There is no plastic taste associated with these great bags. Use the money you are going to save by using these bags and buy some great steaks!!
