Some reviews have given a poor rating for this item. Both I and my daughter use the nasal speay and find it very effective. However, it does depend on where you buy from. We always receive the spray in BLUE boxes and not the yellow as advertised in the multipack. We once foolishly ordered a multipack off ebay, and it came in the yellow box and was either out of date or a fake spray, it did not work. The yellow and red box could be very old stock, or something else. I have bought from various supliers on amazon (multipack x6) and all have been Blue and red or blue, and have worked well in unblocking my decongestion. There is only 15ml in each bottle and does not last long, but for the multipack price of around £8.99 for six bottles with free delivery, it is a good comparable price for this type of product. Okay, same price as ASDA

I have a sinus problem all year round and have used similar products for decades. Some products don't really work at all, others really zap my sinuses quickly but they sometimes cause an over-reaction which means that everything becomes ineffective for a few days. To my surprise, this product works really well. It takes effect slowly but after about 20-30 minutes my nose is completely clear and it stays that way for hours. Really pleased.
