Totally disappointed. The camera shakes too much when people are on the platform. I tried everything. The technicians were of no help. Nothing they suggested fixed the issue.

J'ai récemment acheté ce produit pour un événement. J’ai comparé les modèles, les marques et les applications (ce point est très important) en faisant des recherches partout sur Internet. L’application est sympa : vous avez un mois d’essai gratuit, puis elle devient payante, mais reste abordable selon votre utilisation. Pour l’instant, tout fonctionne bien, je n’ai rencontré aucun souci. Le service client est très réactif, et la machine est silencieuse. Elle est livrée avec de nombreux accessoires pour différents supports (téléphone, GoPro, iPad, etc.). Une ring light est également incluse, ce qui est plutôt appréciable. L’installation est facile, et le fly case est de bonne qualité pour les transports, ce qui est un vrai plus. Selon l’évolution de mes projets, j’envisage d’acheter un modèle plus petit (j’ai choisi une grande version pour 5 personnes), plus léger et plus facilement transportable.

Wir haben den 360° Photo Booth seit 3 Monaten und nutzen ihn zum Verleih für Hochzeiten, Geburtstage usw. Das Gerät ist sehr hochwertig gefertigt, stabil gebaut und langlebig ausgelegt. Die App funktioniert gut und ist einfach zu bedienen. Es benötigt ein bisschen Einarbeitung für perfekte Ergebnisse, aber das ist überschaubar. Den technischen Support mussten wir einmal nutzen weil eine LED nicht funktioniert hat. Auch das war super in der Abwicklung und sehr Kundenorientiert. Alles in allem ein tolles Produkt und sehr zu empfehlen

I bought this machine at the end of February, since then I've bought a gopro 11, iPhone, and a ipad to get it to work consistently because the app does not like android. I'm not sure if I've gotten a lemon or what, now after the latest app update the gopro will not connect. I would suggest if someone is looking to buy this machine with the Chacktok app, they just don't. Nothing but frustration and headaches.
