At first, open box appearance, it looks old and dirty, it was an odd shape. Seal vacuumed. I let it sit aside for two days and it took a great shape. This pillow was very useful, Very comfortable and soft. It gave options of different heights to use. I truly loved the handles placed on the front side. I was able to bring toward me without needed assistance from my Family to adjust it. I would Recommend for anyone going through any type of Knee Surgery, (leg in general) Mine was a Complete repair of my Mencius. Sleeping was a delight and resting on my couch was very comfortable. 5 thumbs up... My only negative is No box to store it. :(/

I’m recovering from Achilles tendon surgery right now. This was essential for recovery. It is comfortable and provides good support. It 100% keeps my toes over my nose. The handles that face me on the pillow make it super easy to adjust when I need to do it. It’s also easy to adjust height if you want to. I’ve been using it for 10 days so far with zero issues. It keeps its height! It comes in the mail compressed, so you need to give it at least 24 hours to ‘open up’.

THE BEST purchase we made for ankle surgery recovery! So soft yet supportive, and can be multiple heights and configurations. Has been a life saver for elevating the ankle post surgery and was even able to sleep while using it for multiple weeks. The slight dip in the top keeps your leg in place so you’re less likely to subconsciously move around too much in your sleep. Extremely helpful and highly recommend for any type of ankle/foot elevation needs!!

As advertised my wife had surgery and used this for elevation she said it was very comfortable

Just had total knee replacement. I tried stacking pillows to elevate feet above heart level—too complicated. This is perfect. My knees are supposed to be straight while elevated, so I need to add one pillow on top, use the handles to pull the angled part right up to my thighs, and I’m perfectly supported. The firmness of the foam is excellent too. Well thought out, well made. Makes doing the ice-and-elevate easy.
