I adore this lemonade lavender flavor probiotics to the point where I'd love to take more than one per day (and sometimes do, lol), just as is straight into the mouth. It sort of melts in the mouth - so it's not powdery when in the mouth - so it's perfectly fine without water, but also, one can put it in a smoothie or water if one likes.It tastes refreshing; a really nice balance of a sweet flavor between the two (lemon and lavender), and I can taste the sweet lemonade more than the lavender...my mouth is actually watering right now thinking about it. :)I look forward to it each morning.I give it an A++ for it having no added refined table sugar or HFC's, either (my two young daughters age 10 and 13 aren't as keen on the flavor, so perhaps this is more for an adult taste palette, or more likely...they're just not used to lavender. Then again, that can be overcome if they understand the importance of probiotics, and in particular, what studies indicate this one can do for oral, gut and pharyngeal health; I may not have done my best yet in helping them understand the importance of probiotics and in particular, this one, but the flavor is not so strong that a kid would really notice if it was snuck into a smoothie if they weren't an immediate fan from taking it directly w/o water, as its intended.).I've taken this product for 6 days now and I feel good (including my teeth) for all 6 days, taking it.I've experienced no upper respiratory infections while taking it, and feel well with good energy and increased productivity.The sturdy box it came in has a beautiful and modern, clean design, and feels smooth. The product shows that the lot # is well within the expiration date (which is August). Also love that it's gluten-free and non-GMO.I love that the probiotics can colonize within the mouth. Was excited to read studies on the health benefits of Streptococcus salivarius BLIS K12 and recommend that everyone interested do a google search on these.I highly recommend this product.

This has a great texture, taste and is easy to use. I’m not sure how well it works yet as I’ve only bought it one time so far but I’d purchase again to continue seeing if there’s any benefit

I thought these were drink mixes but you actually consume them dry from the packet. Texture is basically that of infused sugar crystals, no coloring. Flavor is so good, so the taste actually gets to be a bonus! I hate mint but this combo is just as freshening but way better than mint, imo. Your date will learn to love the Boka!

By taking 1 of these every night, my gut and mouth health has improved. I do not have dragon breath in the morning anymore. I do believe this helps you after taking for a period of time. I think I expected results to be quicker than they were, but overall it does work and help. Flavor is good and I love that they are single serving packages!
