FDX Cycling Skull Cap Under Helmet Bike Thermal Running Cap

I ended up buying three of these for work. I am a so called "frontline worker" and the PPE was breaking out my skin including my forehead. Cream was not working so I decided that I needed a skullcap to put a fabric barrier between me and the plastic visors that I have to wear. The cap had to be washable and be robust for some long term use. I do not know what the fabric is made of but it is thick and stretchable and comfortable. I already had a cycling skullcap, which is from a much more expensive brand but these ones are better. I had tried my other cycling skullcap first and is successfully stopped the skin irritation, but I need to wear a clean had each shift. Hence the reasons I purchased 3 of these and they have done the job and do not look or feel stupid in them, which is an added bonus!I also have a bike so I might use them one day (in the future) under my cycling helmet!

As previous reviews despite ordering large/x large the fit was tight ! A bit of stretching got it to cover my ears, though my head is not overly large and I have short cropped hair. Listed as thermal, wore it during this cold snap and after a few yards cycling had to stop and put another hat on top as no warmth ! I think it would only be good for summer use where it would wick sweat, no use for average winter. I would not recommend.

I have a very large head and struggle to find head gear that fits. However, although tight, this does fit. I used it for the first time on a cycle ride on Christmas Eve 2018. It was a beautiful but very cold day (-2 degrees). It kept my head warm under my helmet, and when I built up a sweat, it wicked brilliantly. Highly recommend

Like all other FDX products I've purchased, this is top quality at a very reasonable price. It is a tight fit, but not too tight and it covers the ears as it should. It also fits well under a helmet.

Nothing to dislike. Cap arrived before due date and fitted perfectly. Minor adjustment required to helmet straps but I expected that. All in all exactly what I was looking for.

This was great when it arrived, fitted snugly, very comfortable and was a perfect fit. Unfortunately it was stolen with my bike so have to buy another for the autumn.

It has a good enough fit, but it’s just slightly small to cover the ears and keep them covered. Good product overall

Very good quality, just one star off for size, just about to cover ears, very tight, more the size L than XL, otherwise it will serve the purpose
